Pigat Consultores, a com-pany specialist in Human Capital Management and business consultant, taught a workshop on Change Management to new Hand Bouncing and Rollers Ex-perts from the Cigars Master Program of Tabacalera de García, in La Romana, Domi-nican Republic.

The workshop “The Good and New Opportunities of Change” was in charge of Josefina de García, Psycho-logist and business admi-nistrator, who has excellent skills in the development of human capacities.The goal of the program is to turn all the experts into Cigar Masters.

El cigarros Guillermo León Signature Corona Gorda luce una capa de color marrón oscuro de Habano Ecuador; dos capotes, uno de Corojo para la fuerza y otro de Cameroon para la dulzura, y la tripa es de la República Dominicana, Perú, Nicaragua y Bra-sil, lo que hace que sea una mezcla multinacional con tabacos de seis países. Es también el primer cigarro de La Aurora en llevar un doble capote.El cigarro Guillermo León Signature, se hace en la fábrica La Aurora S.A. en el Municipio de Tamboril, Santiago, la República Do-minicana. Cigarros La Au-rora se distribuyen en los Estados Unidos por Miami cigarro y de la compañía.“Obviamente, este ciga-rro es personal para mí. Es parte del legado de mi familia durante los últimos 107 años”, Guillermo León.

Guillermo León Signature Corona Gorda cigars sport dark brown Ecuadorian Habano wrappers, dou-ble binders of Corojo for strength and Cameroon for sweetness, and long-fillers from the Dominican Republic, Peru, Nicaragua and Brazil, what makes it a multi-national blend with tobaccos from six coun-tries. It is also the first La Aurora cigar to feature a double binder.The Guillermo León Sig-nature is handmade at the La Aurora S.A. factory in the Municipally of Tam-boril, Santiago, Dominican

Apariencia: La en-voltura tiene un color marrón rojizo medio, muy bien construida, aunque hay algunas venas prominentes corriendo hacia arriba y abajo de la longitud del cigarro. // Appea-rance: The wrapper has a medium reddish brown color, beau-tifully constructed, although there are a few prominent veins running up and down the length of the cigar.Sabor: Es posible per-cibir notas de frutos secos, que son las no-tas dominantes junto al roble, notas terro-sas, chocolate oscuro y frutos amargos. // Flavor: Is possible to perceive notes of nuts, that are the domina-ting notes with oak, dark chocolate, earth and bitter fruits.

Los principales ejecutivos de Cigar Country Benefit junto a los representantes de Cigar Aficionado, realizaron el evento anual “Top Dominican Cigar”, para celebrar el mejor cigarro dominicano del año 2015: Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Belico-so, de la Tabacalera A. Fuente.Litto Gómez, en representación de Procigar tuvo a su cargo la entrega del reconocimiento al Sr. Carlos Fuente, por ser seleccionado su cigarro Don Carlos Belicoso como el “Me-jor Cigarro Dominicano del 2015”. Durante todo el evento, los más de 250 asistentes degustaron cigarros de Tabacalera A. Fuente y de sus colegas de Procigar; mientras compartieron con representantes de las principales fábricas de cigarros dominicanos, maridando sus cigarros con vinos y cócteles, deliciosos aperitivos, y disfrutando de la actuación sorpresa de Jorge Villamizar de Bacilos.El evento es totalmente a beneficio de la Fundación DREAM Project, una organización que ofrece, desde la infancia hasta la edad adulta joven, la igualdad de oportunidades para aprender y desarrollar todo su potencial a través de programas de educación transformadora que combaten los efectos de la pobreza.

Cigar Country Benefit Execu-tives together with represen-tatives of Cigar Aficionado gathered to celebrate the best Dominican Cigar of the Year, the Don Carlos Belicoso by the Tabacalera A. Fuente.Litto Gómez representing Procigar, presented the award to Carlos Fuente Jr. for garnering the Best Domini-can Cigar 2015 title. Throughout the night, more than 250 attendees enjoyed the premium Tabacalera A. Fuente cigars, together with Procigar premium cigars; while they shared with repre-

sentatives of major Domini-can cigars manufacturers, smoked and paired their ci-gars with wines and cocktails along with some delicious snacks, and enjoyed the sur-prise performance of Jorge Villamizar from Bacilos.The event is a totally fundrai-sing for the Dream Project, an organization that provi-des from childhood through young adulthood, equal opportunities to learn and realize their full potential through transformative edu-cation programs that combat the effects of poverty.

DON QUECO CIGAR BAR PRESENTED A PAIRING OF UNHIQ XO RUM AND BÁVARO AND PUNTA CANA CIGARSDon Queco cigar Bar at The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club is the place where lovers of good Do-minican cigars and rums can meet and exchange experiences. One of this interesting experiences occurred last week during the pairing of Unhiq XO rum and Bávaro and Punta Cana Cigars, presented by Oliver & Oliver Int and Arbaje Cigars.Gilse Echavarria, was in charge of presenting the audience gathered there UNHIQ XO rum, an elegant rum that is characterized by its strong pigmenta-tion, presenting subtle aromas of roasted coffee, fruits and herbs. This rum is located in the creamy honeyed palate, but with temperament, and well structured; while in the aftertaste it is long and splendid.The Bávaro and Punta Cana cigars were presen-ted by Arturo Arbaje, owner of Arbaje Cigars, manufac-turers of these exquisite Dominican cigars that made a good match with the rum presented.

Don Queco Cigar Bar en el Westin Puntacana Resort & Club es el lugar donde los amantes de los buenos cigarros y ro-nes dominicanos pueden reunirse e intercambiar experiencias. Una de estas experiencias inte-resantes se produjo la semana pasada durante el maridaje del ron Unhiq XO y los cigarros Bávaro y Punta Cana, presenta-da por las empresas Oli-ver & Oliver Int y Arbaje Cigars.Gilsé Echavarría, fue la encargada de presentar al público allí reunido el ron UNHIQ XO, un ron elegante que se carac-teriza por su fuerte pig-mentación, presentando aromas sutiles a café tostado, frutas y hierbas. Este ron se sitúa en el paladar cremoso me-loso, pero con tempe-ramento, y bien estruc-turado; mientras en el postgusto es prolongado y espléndido. Los cigarros Bávaro y Punta Cana fueron presentados por Arturo Arbaje, propietario de Arbaje Cigars, fabrican-te de estos exquisitos cigarros dominicanos que hicieron un buen emparejamiento con el ron presentado.
