Alvaro es un solitario investigador periodístico cuya carrera no llega a despegar. Un día recibe una carta cifrada de su antiguo amigo Alfonso donde le cuenta que haciéndose pasar por un paciente más, está investigando el tráfico de órganos en un hospital neuro psiquiátrico y le pide ayuda. Alvaro se infiltra en el hospital pero no encuentra rastro de Alfonso y decide continuar con la investigación para aver-iguar su suerte. Ayudado por otros internos intentará descu-brir la verdad mientras su salud mental se va deteriorando y trata de no terminar como un paciente más.

Alvaro infiltrate´s in the hospital as a patient but finds no sign of Alfonso and decide to continue with the investigation to find out what hap-pened to his friend. Helped by other interns, he will try to discover the truth while his mental health starts to deteriorate
