Deslizar el tornillo del pren-sacables por la ranura cen-tral del perfil.

Atornillar el prensacables y pasar el cable de la sus-pensión, (terminada la ins-talación, una vez nivelados los perfiles cortar el cable restante)

Pasar el latiguillo sin clema por el rebaje destinado a ello del perfil.

Unir los perfiles con el acce-sorio 3602 003 tal como se indica en el gráfico.

Fijar los accesorios con tor-nillo prisionero M3. Los late-rales sólo tienen un tornillo.

Fijar la suspensión alimen-tada y la no alimentada tal como figura en el gráfico.

Conectar la clema del latigui-llo de alimentación con la de la placa LED.

Ocultar la conexión en el hueco del perfil de la placa LED.

IMPORTANTE: No conectar a la misma linea de alimen-tación más de 15 metros de perfil.

Slide the cable gland screw through the central lowered part of the profile. Screw the cable gland and pass the suspension cable through it. (at the end of ins-tallation when the profile is both sides levelled, cut the remaining cable) Pass the power cable wi-thout clamp through the hole located next to the extreme.

If more than on profile: join them with the 3602 003 accessory like the graphic scheme. Fix the accessory with the M3 set screw.

Fix both suspensions (powe-red an non-powered) like the graphic.

Connect the power cable clamp to the LED module

Hide the connectores insi-de the hollow space of the LDS´s profile.

IMPORTANT: do not con-nect more than 15 meters together.

Pasar el latiguillo por el orifi-cio destinado a ello del perfil. Atornillar el primer tramo del perfil a los tacos del techo.

Hacer los taladros y colocar los tacos según la distancia de las perforaciones de los perfiles, y según la posición del latiguillo de alimentación.

Alinear los siguientes tramos con la ayuda de los acceso-rios de unión laterales. Ator-nillar a los tacos.

Conectar la clema del latigui-llo de alimentación con la de la placa LED.

Ocultar la conexión en el hueco del perfil de la placa LED.

IMPORTANTE: No conectar a la misma linea de alimen-tación más de 15 metros de perfil.

Drill the holes into the cei-ling and put the rubber blocks. Please consider the distance of the holes in the profiles and the power feed cable position.

Pass the power cable through the hole located next to the extreme. Screw and fix the first profile to the ceiling rubber blocks.

Align the following profiles using the connection piece. Screw to the rubber blocks into the ceiling.

Connect the power cable clamp to the LED module

Hide the connectores insi-de the hollow space of the LDS´s profile.

IMPORTANT: do not con-nect more than 15 meters together.

Realizar el corte de techo con una anchura de 44mm. La longitud y la forma estará condicionada por el diseño y disposición de los diferentes componentes.

Introducir las omegas por el corte del falso techo. Se ne-cesitarán 2 omegas por cada perfil, por encima de los 2.240mm serán necesarias 3 omegas por perfil.

Fijar las omegas al falso techo con los tornillos au-torroscantes incluidos con aquellas.

44mm Conectar el latiguillo del falso techo al primero de los perfi-les del sistema (en caso de que haya varios conectados).

No sobrepasar los 15 metros de perfil por linea.

Poner la tapa final en el ex-tremo de la conexión. Repetir la operación en el tramo final del sistema.

Introducir los perfiles en el falso techo, fijar éstos a las omegas mediante el tornillo autorroscante proporcio-nado.

La posición se podrá cal-cular facilmente haciéndola coincidir con los tornillos de fijación de las omegas en el falso techo.

Apretar el tornillo hasta que las lenguetas de las omegas cedan, lo necesario para al-canzar la posición requerida del perfil.

Make the ceiling cut with 44mm wide. The length and the shape depends on the design and disposition of components.

Introduce the omega pieces through the false ceiling cut. It will be necessary 2 omega per profile. When more than 2240mm it will be needed 3 pieces.

Fix the omegas to the false ceiling with the self-tapping screws included.

Connect the power cable from the false ceiling to the first profile (if more than one in the system).

Do not exceed 15m of pro-file per line.

Set the end caps at the extreme side connection. Repeat the operation at the final system module.

Introduce the profiles into the false ceiling, fix them to the omegas by the included self-tapping screws.

The right position could be easily calculated matching the omegas fixing screws in the false ceiling.

Tighten the screw until the omega’s tab yield, the ne-cessary to achieve the re-quired profile position.

MUY IMPORTANTE

Hay dos modelos de perfil en codo, cada uno diseña-do para darle 90 grados de giro a la composición en un sentido.

El modelo 3615 056 CIRD lo hace en sentido izquierdo, el 3615 056 CDRD lo hace en el derecho. Cada una de ellas se une al sistema con una medida de brazo diferente, no son piezas simétricas.

Por este motivo, es funda-mental tener muy bien defi-nida la composición antes de realizar el corte de techo, y calcular perfectamente la suma de las longitudes de los módulos y sus partes (codos).

En esta simulación se puede apreciar, a la izquierda, una hipotética unión de los dos codos con los brazos de di-ferentes dimensiones.

A la derecha, el corte de techo para la misma compo-sición.

Una vez realizada la instala-ción del sistema, habrá que emplastecer las marcas de los tornillos de fijación de las omegas y rellenar los es-pacios entre perfiles y falso techo, lijar y pintar.

Connect the profiles power clamps as they are added to the system.

Use the union platens inclu-ded in the profiles as shown in the graphic.

VERY IMPORTANT

There are two elbow profile models, each one designed to give the composition 90º rotation in one direction.

The model 3615 056 CIRD does it in the left direction, the 3615 056 CDRD does it in the right. Each of them joins the system with a diffe-rent arm size, they are not symmetrical pieces.

For this reason, it is es-sential to have a very well defined composition before making the roof cut, and calculate perfectly the sum of the lengths of the modu-les and their parts (elbows).

In this simulation we see, on the left a hypothetical union of the two elbows with the arms of different dimen-sions.

On the right, the ceiling cut for the same composition.

Once the installation of the system has been completed, the markings of the omegas fixing screws and the spaces between profiles and false ceiling must be plaster filled, then sand it and paint it.
