CINAHL es una base de datos . Es la fuente más completa de revistas sobre enfermería y servicios paramédicos, ofreciendo en texto completo más de 600 publicaciones indexadas en CINAHL. Su cobertura de texto completo se remonta a 1981.Además ofrece acceso a libros y disertaciones sobre enfermería, normas prácticas y capítulos de libros.

Primero cogemos las palabras más relevantes y utilizando los operadores booleanos realizamos la búsqueda en CINAHL. Ayudandonos del traductor DeCS para traducir al inglés los términos.

La estrategía de búsqueda que he utilizado es: (treat* OR therapy*) AND “wound infection” AND postoperative AND “cesarean section”
