Angel Falls Grill is Perth’s first Venezuelan Restaurant located right in the heart of the City, on Shafto lane. We offer an authentic and unique Venezuelan cuisine created by our Venezuelan Chef. From exquisite cuts of tender meats slowly cooked in our Smoker and caramelised on our sizzling grill or parilla, to exotic Gluten Free corn based products such as Arepas, Cachapas, and Empanadas, Angel Falls Grill delights your senses with our mouth-watering South American food. The dishes we bring to your table are based on old family recipes. We apply the best traditional Venezuelan cooking techniques and we only use the freshest and best ingredients, combined with different exotic spices to delight your tastebuds. Our themed restaurant and friendly staff take you straight to Venezuela, in a comfortable, rustic and inviting environment that helps you to relax and enjoy your special event.

Decoration – Styling - Floral – Custom Cakes

Angel Falls Grill provides food and drink menus and basic signage for your event only, venue styling, flowers & custom made cakes are not supplied. However, we do have a selected stylist, florist and cake decorator that we use and that we recommend on request. Also, you can have the option to bring your own cake and we can serve it for you, provide the plates, napkins and cutlery for the price of $5 per person.

you are in full control of the amount throughout the event. At any point, you are welcome to turn the bar tab into a cash bar so your guests can purchase their own drinks.

Terms & Conditions

By receiving a copy of these Terms and Conditions and booking a function at Angel Falls Grill you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Bookings will be held for a period of five days only until we receive the deposit.

2. Confirmation of Booking & Payment of Deposit 30% of the minimum function value is required within 5 days of booking to secure your function. This 30% is non-refundable if cancelation is not made three weeks before your event. . If the deposit is not received, Angel Falls has the right to allocate the space to another client.

3. Confirmation of Final Numbers Final numbers of guests attending the function must be confirmed in 5 days prior to your function. If the final numbers are not confirmed, the highest estimated numbers of guests as advised on the booking will constitute the final numbers. You will be required to prepay according to the final numbers. If numbers increase on the day of night of the event, you must pay the extra cost. If numbers decrease on the day/night you must pay based on final numbers.

4. Cancellation The following cancellation fees apply to all function bookings: More than three weeks prior to the function, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. Within and less of three weeks prior to the function, you will forfeit the deposit.

5. Payment Full payment of the agreed total minimum spend must be paid at least 2 days before the date of the function unless otherwise agreed. Direct deposits must be accompanied with a remittance emailed to the manager at the time of payment. Any additional charges, such as beverages on consumption are to be paid upon the completion of the function. All final payments are required to be settled at the conclusion of the event.

6. Food and Beverage A food and beverage package must be confirmed and selections advised to Angel Falls Grill at least 5 days prior to the date of the function. No food or



beverage will be permitted to be brought into the venue by you or any other person attending your function unless is discussed with the manager.

7. Equipment, Decorations and Entertainment If you would like styling, decorations and/or a special cake for your event, please consult the manager to confirm if they will be permitted. Please note that confetti are not permitted.

8. Responsible service of Alcohol Angel Falls Grill reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guest attending the function that the staff consider to be under age, intoxicated or behaving in an aggressive or offensive manner.

9. Guests Underage All underage guests must be accompanied by their parent or bona de legal guardian for the duration of the function.

10. Termination of Functions Angel Falls Grill may terminate the function if:

• you and or any of your guests or invitees fail to comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions; or

• an event which is beyond The Stables’ reasonable control prevents the holding of the function.

It is your responsibility to inform all of your guests of these Terms and Conditions.
