Hood TypeThe Electrolux dishwashing range is produced for customers with the highest conceivable demands for goodefficiency, economy and ergonomics for dishwashing operation. The product range consists on glasswashers,

undercounter dishwashers, hood type dishwashers, rack type dishwashers, flight type dishwashers and potand pan washers. The hood type dishwasher has a capacity of 67 baskets per hour or 1200 dishes .

SANITIZATION ANDPERFORMANCE Pressure boiler guarantees rinsequality by providing rinsing waterat a temperature superior to82.5C (water is supplied at 2 barsand at 50C).

4 second (variable) pause afterwashing and before rinsingensures that no drops of uncleanwater will fall on the clean items atthe end of the rinsing cycle. 3 different dishwashing cycles:glass and lightly soiled items (1stcycle of 54 seconds), standardsoiled items (2nd cycle of 90seconds) and heavy soiled items(3rd cycle of 150 seconds). Simple control panel with digitalthermometers, indicating bothwash & rinse temperatures, rinse

aid dispenser.

Electronic board with digitaldisplay incorporating faultdiagnosis system, number ofcycles counter and number ofdrain cycles counter. Fault auto-diagnosis system.

LOW RUNNING COSTS An effective rinse system thatuses only 3 litres of clean hotwater (at 2 bar water inletpressure) per rack to ensure lowerrunning costs (in energy, waterand chemical consumption).

HYGIENE AND RELIABILITY All the machines have smoothsurfaces and a wash tank withrounded corners to facilitate

cleaning.

Easily removable washing andrinsing arms, filters and racksupport. The single skin hood issupported by 3 springs to ensuresmooth movements and toguarantee operator safety.

The fully automatic self-cleaningcycle avoids the risk of bacteriaproliferation. The self-draining wash pumpfacilitates the evacuation ofstagnant water after long periodsof inactivity to ensure a higherlevel of hygiene. Frame, height adjustable feet,base, washing chamber, tank,tank filter, washing and rinsingarms, jets and screws in 304 AISIstainless steel to ensure long termreliability.
