    ESPECIFICACIONES TCNICAS

    A.1. OBJETIVOS

    En el presente informe se describen los criterios y las normas utilizadas en la evaluacin estructural de torres de telecomunicaciones a solicitud de Nextel. La torre es una estructura auto - soportada cuadrada de 80.00 m. de altura, la cual se va evaluar a la velocidad de viento de 100 km/h, que actualmente se encuentra instalada en Pampa Inalmbrica, Distrito: Ilo, Provincia: Ilo, Departamento: Moquegua. El objetivo de la memoria de clculo es verificar si la estructura de la torre actual de 80.00 m, resiste las cargas de antenas actuales y futuras del proyecto; y cumplan con los parmetros que intervienen en la evaluacin, como son la resistencia de los perfiles y desplazamiento en la cima de la torre, no superen los valores recomendados en las normas y cdigos vigentes. No es materia del presente informe las verificaciones de la ingeniera de detalle de la estructura y accesorios, as como la como la cimentacin que lo sostiene. A.2. MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA Y DE CLCULO A.2.1. NORMAS DE DISEO UTILIZADAS Las normas consideradas en la evaluacin de la torre son las siguientes: Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers an Antenna Supporting Structures TIA/EIA-F 1996. Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones 2006: E 090 Estructuras Metlicas. Para el diseo de los elementos de la torre, usaremos en el Cdigo Americano de Telecomunicaciones TIA/EIA 222 F, en el que en su captulo 3, numeral 3.1.14.1 acepta la utilizacin de los esfuerzos permisibles segn lo normado por el American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). En tal caso no ser necesario aplicar coeficientes de seguridad a las cargas actuantes, ya que las frmulas de los esfuerzos admisibles establecidos en el AISC, ya tienen factores de seguridad que reducen su valor y que estn en funcin de la esbeltez de sus miembros. Las frmulas empleadas se encuentran en los numerales 1.5.1.3.1 y 1.5.1.3.2 del manual AISC, siendo estas las siguientes:

    CARGAS EVENTUALES Viento (W)

    A solicitud del cliente se realiza la evaluacin para una velocidad de viento de 100 km/h.

    Sismo (E). No se considera, pues la accin del viento es mucho mayor.

    Nieve (S).No se considera a solicitud del cliente.

    Para el clculo de la estructura se considera un anlisis tridimensional, y las fuerzas producto del viento se aplican a 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225, 270 y 315.

    De acuerdo a TIA/EIA las frmulas para calcular las cargas de viento sobre los perfiles son las siguientes:

    AE = rea proyectada efectiva de componentes estructurales en una cara.

    AA= rea proyectada de un accesorio linear.

    AF= rea proyectada de componentes estructurales planos en una cara.

    AG= rea transversal de una cara de la torre como si fuera slida.

    AR= rea proyectada de componentes estructurales redondos en una cara.

    CA= Coeficiente de fuerza para accesorios lineares o discretos.

    CF= Coeficiente de fuerza de la estructura.

    GH= Factor de rfaga.

    KZ= Coeficiente de exposicin.

    V = Velocidad bsica de diseo.

    e = Radio slido.

    h = Altura total de la estructura.

    qZ = Presin de la velocidad del viento.

    z = Altura medida desde la base de la torre al punto medio de la seccin accesorio.

    A.2.4. CARGAS DE VIENTO SOBRE LAS ANTENAS

    De acuerdo a TIA/EIA las frmulas para calcular las cargas de viento sobre las antenas son las siguientes:

    Gh = 0.65 + 0.60/(h/10)1/7; h (m) Donde:

    HA = Fuerza axial actuando a lo largo del eje de la antena.

    Hs = Fuerza lateral actuando perpendicular al eje de la antena.

    M = Momento de giro en el plano que actan HA y HS.

    A = rea exterior de antena parablica.

    D= Dimetro exterior de antena parablica.

    CA, Cs y CM son coeficientes contenidos en tablas B1 a B6 en anexo B de las normas TIA/EIA222F.

    A.2.5. ANTENAS DEL PROYECTO

    - CARGAS EXISTENTES:

    06 Antenas RF (con rejilla) de 2.40x0.13x0.26 m, instaladas en la plataforma a una altura de 75.00 m aproximadamente.

    04 Antenas RF (con rejilla) de 1.96x0.17x0.07 m, instaladas en soportes, la cual estn adosadas a las montantes, a una altura de 71.85 m aproximadamente.

    06 Antenas RF de 2.40x0.30x0.09 m, tres de ellas estn instaladas en la plataforma a 75.00 m y las tres faltantes estn en adosados a las montantes a 71.85 m aproximadamente.

    03 Antenas RF de 2.40x0.30x0.25 m, instaladas en la plataforma a una altura de 75.00 m aproximadamente.

    06 Antenas RF de 0.71x0.17x0.09 m, instaladas en soportes, la cual estn adosadas a las montantes, tres de ellas estn a una altura de 69.00 m y las tres faltantes a 62.77 m aproximadamente.

    01 Antena RF de 2.40x0.30x0.13 m, instalada en soporte, la cual est adosada a la montante, a una altura de 65.00 m aproximadamente.

    04 Antenas MW de 0.70 m, instaladas en soportes, la cual estn adosadas a las montantes, cada una de ellas estn a una altura de 79.10 m, 77.95 m y 61.70 m aproximadamente.

    02 Antenas MW de 2.80 m, instaladas en soportes, la cual estn adosadas a las montantes, a una altura de 64.21 m y 53.55 m aproximadamente.

    01 Antena MW de 3.40 m, instalada en soporte, la cual est adosada a la montante, a una altura de 78.57 m aproximadamente.

    01 Antena MW de 0.65 m, instalada en soporte, la cual est adosada a la montante, a una altura de 26.82 m aproximadamente.

    03 Equipos RRU de 0.48x0.38x0.16 m, ubicadas a una altura de 71.25 m aproximadamente.

    06 Equipos ALVARION de 0.31x0.31x0.22 m, tres de ellas estn ubicadas a una altura de 68.40 m y las tres faltantes a 62.10 m aproximadamente.

    Los parmetros que intervienen en la evaluacin de la torre son resistencia de perfiles y desplazamiento y torsin en la cima del mismo.
