    Shells: Hot rolled low carbon steel plate to AS 1548with seams precision electric welded and groundsmooth externally.Tube bundles: Unjoined seamless copper tube to AS1569 expanded into tube plates. Finish tubes flushwith the outside edge of the tube sheet. If necessary,provide intermediate tube supports along the length ofthe shell, to prevent sagging of the tubes. Prevent tubefrom vibrating against supports.
