    Pretest:

    Pretesting is not used just to make a go/no go decision. It is also used to help guideand improve execution.

    We conduct three types of tests initially

    Gap Analysis SWOT Analysis Behavior/personality Analysis.

    Note: All tests are conducted and evaluated by experts and professional

    Psychologists.

    Need based training :

    The topics are divided into four categories.

    Knowledge/Data Skill Development Ability enhancement Behavior out-fit

    The level of training is different for each category .Separate methodology is used

    to teach them.

    In the first category, only knowledge or information will be given on settopics where skill is not required.

    In the second category, skill is required, so we use active learning techniquesto develop skills on particular areas of knowledge.

    Collaborative learning methodology:

    Active participation of the student is necessary to keep everything in longterm memory and practice is necessary to convert into skill.

    LTPD (Learn, Try, Practice and Demonstrate) model to make the studentperfect on each module up to desired level.

    We divide each class (60 students) into ten groups Each group consisting of six students will have One Leader, One

    Reporter, One Recorder, One Monitor and Two Wildcards with distinct

    roles and responsibilities to achieve learning outcomes.

    Two Groups will be formed as a Team which will be endorsed to alecturer or professor as a mentor.

    One chief mentor will be there for five mentors and overall programcoordinator will coordinate the entire program.

    A class consists ten groups, five teams, five mentors, one chiefcoordinator.

    Three stage trainers:

    Successful training - that which produces the desired result - lies almost entirely

    in the hands of the trainer. A trained trainer will ensure that the trainees achieve

    the maximum possible from the training and meet required levels of

    competency. We have three tier trainer system to make the training a big

    Full-time trainers and part time trainers are given the task of training others

    Internal communication is considered a vital tool for binding an organization,

    promoting transparency and reducing attrition. A perfect communication plan has
