VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES
Niet aan de toevoerkabelvan het toestel trekken,toevoerkabel niet knellenof over scherpe hoekentrekken.
De netaansluitingregelmatig controlerenom vast te stellen of ergeen beschadigingenvoorhanden zijn.Beschadigde toevoerkabelonmiddellijk door een inde technische gegevensvastgelegd typevervangen.
Bij uittreding van schuimof vloeistof onmiddellijkuitschakelen.
Alleen maar door Wap/Alto toegelatenreinigingsmiddelengebruiken.
TOEPASSING
De toestellen die in dezegebruiksaanwijzingworden beschreven,worden gebruikt voor dereiniging van textielewanden vloerbedekkingen.
De toestellen zijn geschiktvoor het commerciëlegebruik, b.v. in hotels,
scholen, ziekenhuizen,fabrieken, winkels enverhuurbedrijven.
FUNCTIE
Warm water, vermengdmet een reinigingsmiddel,wordt onder druk tot ophet grondweefsel van hettapijt gesproeid en maakthet vuil los.
Tegelijkertijd extraheerteen zuigaggregaat hetwater en het naar bovengespoelde vuil uit hettapijt in de vuilwatertank.
De bovenlaag van hettapijt wordt zacht engelijkmatig opgericht.

MONTAGE
Vóór de eersteinbedrijfstelling moet hettoestel wordengemonteerd:• Zuigbuisdelen
ineenzetten.• Zuigslang vast in
sproei-/extractietoestel
en in zuigbuisschuiven.(TW 300 S: afb. 2a, 4a,TW 350: afb. 3a, 4a)
• Drukslang inkoppeling vastzetten(TW 300 S: afb. 2b,TW 350: afb. 5a)
• Het andere slangeindeaan de doseerklepvastmaken (afb. 4b).
• Vóór het afnemen vande slang devederbelastezekeringsringontgrendelen(afb. 5a).
ELEKTRISCHEAANSLUITING
• De voorhandennetspanning moetmet despanningsgegevens ophet typeplaatjeovereenstemmen!(TW 300 S: afb. 6a,TW 350: afb. 7a)
• Aansluiting alleenmaar op eenreglementairgeïnstalleerdeveiligheids-wandcontactdoos mettenminste 10 A
• Toestelschakelaaruitschakelen(TW 300 S: afb. 2c,TW 350: afb. 5b)
• Netstekker insteken.

VERSWATERTANKVULLEN
• Warm water (max.40°C) inverswatertank gietenen met eenreinigingsmiddelvermengen.(TW 300 S: afb. 8,TW 350: afb. 9a)
• Dosering bij ALTO TopWash (vloeibaar): 1%- 5%, voorsproeien:max. 10%.
• Dosering bij ALTO TopWash P (poeder,alkalisch): 0,3% - 1%,voorsproeien: max.5%.
• Alleen maar TW 300 S:Op markering voormax. vulhoogte(210 mm onderreservoirrand) letten(afb. 8a)!
OPGELET!Nooit schuimvormendetapijtshampoogebruiken. Slechtsschuimarmereinigingsmiddeleningieten dieuitdrukkelijk voor hetgebruik in sproei-/extractiereinigers zijntoegelaten.
VERHINDERING VANSCHUIM INVUILWATERTANK
Bij tapijten die al meermaalsgeshampood werden, kanin het vuilwaterreservoireen overmatigeschuimvorming ontstaan.• ALTO Foam STOP
schuimbestrijdingsmiddeldosering: 0,05% invuilwatertank verhin-dert op betrouwbarewijze deschuimvorming.
VEILIGHEIDSMAATREGELEN
De sproei-/extractiemethode alleenmaar toepassen als detextielbekleding en deondergrond niet kunnenworden beschadigd.
– Voorzichtig bij hout ofwatergevoeligevloeren.
– Voorzichtig bij tapijtendie metwateroplosbarekleefmiddelen werdengelegd.
– Voorzichtig bij tapijtenmet watergevoeliggrondweefsel (b.v.jute).
– Voorzichtig bijnatuurvezeltapijten.
– Op tapijtverklaring vande producent letten.
– Bij twijfel aan dekleurenvastheid opeen verborgen plekvan het tapijt een
kleine hoeveelheidreinigingsmiddel meteen witte vodinsmeren. Verkleurt devod, dan is het tapijtniet „kleurecht“.
TAPIJTVOORBEREIDING
• Vóór het begin van desproei-extractie hettapijt grondigstofzuigen.
• Vlekken en zeer vuilezones met specialereinigingsmiddelen ofontvlekkingsmiddelenvoorbehandelen.
GEBRUIK BIJ NORMAALVUIL
• Met de tapijtreinigingin de hoek beginnendie het verst van dedeur is verwijderd.
• Beide toestelschakelaarsvoor zuiger en pompinschakelen(TW 300 S: afb. 2c,TW 350: afb. 5b).
• Sproeierkop op detapijtrand aanbrengenen doseerklep activeren.
• Sproeier met lichtedruk op de zuigbochtgelijkmatigachteruittrekken (1 min 5 seconden).
• Kort voor het eindevan eenreinigingsbaan dedoseerklep sluiten enhet laatst opgespotenwater afzuigen.

• De volgendereinigingsbaan dientmet ongeveer 2 cm devolgende teoverlappen.
• De droogtijd kanworden verkort als hettapijt nogmaals methet sproei-/extractietoestel wordtafgezogen.
GEBRUIK BIJ STERK VUIL
• Voorsproeien van dereinigingsvloeistof bijgeopende doseerklepen uitgeschakeldezuigmotor.
• Reinigingsmiddel lateninwerken, echter nooitlaten indrogen.
• Reiniging zoals inhoofdstuk „Gebruikbij normaal vuil“.
• Reinigingsprocedureherhalen, indienmogelijk indwarsrichting. Dezetweedereinigingsbeurt alleenmaar op een volledigdroog tapijtdoorvoeren.
BEDRIJFSTEST
• Bij ontbrekendzuigvermogen devuilwatertankleegmaken.
• Bij het vullen van deschoonwatertank(TW 300 S: afb. 8,TW 350: afb. 9a)steeds de vuilwatertankleegmaken(TW 300 S: afb. 9b,TW 350: afb. 10a).
NA HET GEBRUIK
• Alleen maar TW 350:resterend water in hetschoonwaterreservoirmet zuigslangafzuigen.
TW 300 S, TW 350:• Toestelschakelaar
uitschakelen.• Netstekker uittrekken.• Filter in
schoonwatertankcontroleren, eventueelreinigen(TW 300 S: afb. 8b,TW 350: afb. 9c).
• Vuilwatertankleegmaken enreinigen.
• Alleen maar TW 350:Afvoerslang sluiten(afb. 10b).
BEWARING
• Netsnoer oprollen.• Machine en
toebehoren tegenvorst beveiligen.
VERZORGING/ONDERHOUD
Alleen maarwerkzaamhedendoorvoeren die in degebruiksaanwijzing zijnbeschreven.
Vóór werkzaamheden aande machine netstekkertrekken!
Laat de service- enreparatiewerkzaamheden,in het bijzonder deeliminatie van elektrischestoringen, over aan deWap/Alto-klantenserviceof een geautoriseerdegeschoolde arbeidskracht.
GARANTIE
Voor garantie envrijwaring gelden onzealgemene verkoop- enleveringsvoorwaarden.
