Helped restructure the Residential Railing processes and streamlined work-flow in the estimating and drafting department. Completely responsible for all "Custom" & “Commercial” quoting and drafting (i.e. Stainless steel product, glass installations, curved and spiral stairs). Responsibilities: • Initiate membership with the Young Builders Group & Edmonton Construction Association • Work closely with clients, designers, home building companies and general contractors to review and select stair and railing finishes and styles • Draft stair and railing layouts, 3D Drawings, installation drawings, and glass panel templates • Estimate pricing, research new product and create professional quotations • Attend site visits and client meetings • Create job packages for ordering and milling of product, installation of railing and invoicing
