Packing machine La Petite

La Petite

The machine allows longitudinal and lateral roll

closing on the same packing station:

longitudinal by thermo fusion welding, lateral

one by thermo retraction.

Plastic winding around the roll is perfectly

sticked, as well as lateral closing.

This machine has a special device, which

reads automatically roll diameter to decide

hot-blowing time and quantity of plastic to

be used.

Packing speed: about 1-1,5 roll per minute.

Automatic packing machine La Petite

Fully automatic packing machine La Petite, for rolls coming from line,

equipped with vertical labelling, and tilting devices

Page 10: Testa Presentation

Packing machine Speedy 2000 series 1 ÷4

Speedy models to pack up to 3 rolls per minute, mainly indicated for rolls

coming from conveyor line.

•Type of longitudinal closure: by thermo-welding (both La Petite and

Speedy)

Thermo-welding Ultrasonic Clips “Caramel”

closing thermoretractable

system

Difference between La Petite and Speedy

Production: -La Petite about 1-1,5 rolls per minute

-Speedy about 3 rolls per minute

•Type of lateral closures: mod. La Petite only by thermo retractable

system, mod. Speedy by:

Page 12: Testa Presentation

This machine allows longitudinal and lateral roll closing by

two different stations: first for longitudinal closure by

thermo fusion welding, lateral one by thermo retraction

closing. Additionally if requested can be integrated in the

middle position with flock cut

Packing machines Spedy 2000 series 1 ÷4

Inspecting – Rolling – Packing machines series Eureka

Mod. 111 Eureka 2

It allows the cutting of the fault, seam or sample in lap.

Page 16: Testa Presentation

Fault map is created.

No cut is performed.

Automatic optimalised cutting system

1 Fabric is inspected

Fabric is inspected from big roll

(A-frame) to big roll.

The inspection can be:

•Traditional: with operator •Automatic: with camera

Page 17: Testa Presentation

Automatic optimalised cutting system

Result is the fault map

Page 18: Testa Presentation

From the fault map data and the user supplied

parameters, the software creates an optimised cutting

plan.

Target of the optimisation is to obtain

the maximum amount of first quality

fabric saving from min. 1,5% up to

max. 3% of first choice fabric

2 Optimalization of the cutting system

Automatic optimalised cutting system

Page 19: Testa Presentation

Automatic optimised cutting system

The software calculates one or more (similar) cutting solutions,

that are stored in memory.

There is also the possibility to manually modify the cutting plan

Page 20: Testa Presentation

3 Automatic execution of the cutting plan

Automatic optimised cutting system

Eureka machines, controlled by computer, are able to wind at 300 mt

per min., pack and label the fabric automatically, without any need of

operators , carrying out the cutting plan previously processed during the

optimization stage.
