The company has been active in the Greek market for forty years, supporting the Greek industry.

We invest in new technologies in the production process (manufacturing), we follow and test every stage

of the production process and we continuously expand our trading activity with new products.

It is one of the main suppliers of industrial equipment for various production factories: steel, cement, oil

(refineries), aluminium, energy, food, plastic and it also serves a significant part of the marine industry.

Besides, the company is active in the manufacturing process. It operates a fully equipped workshop

(an area of 385m²), in privately owned industrial premises.

It is involved in the manufacturing and repair of hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, hydraulic units/systems

and special design mechanical constructions (products under custom made specifications).

EXPLOSION PROOF VALVES

The explosion-proof valves can be used in accordance with the ATEX standard. The solenoids for the

electromagnetically-operated directional valves have low surface temperatures and a stable housing. A wide range of

slider types for the directional valves is available. Electro-hydraulically actuated directional valves are multistage and

internally or externally pilot operated. In the neutral position of the directional valves, all connections are closed.

2-way poppet valves and 3-way poppet valves ensure a leak-free barrier in the neutral position. For the poppet

valves, there are various manual overrides available.

SYSTEM SOLUTIONS

POWER PACKS

The compact power pack, mini power pack and the modular power pack are three medium-pressure power packs for

different volume flows. The electro-hydraulic compact power pack with submerged motor requires the smallest

installation space and is suitable for typical intermittent duty. The compact mini power pack can be used for mobile

and stationary systems. Circuit extensions of the mini power pack are designed for the horizontal linking of CETOP

valves. The modularized power unit with one pump can be used in many areas of industrial automation.

The standardized modules facilitate flexible adaptation for tasks in machine tools, in the food and textile industry

or in the energy technology.

The external gear pumps are divided into two series. The high performance version of the external gear pumps is

used for higher operating pressures. The Light line version of the external gear pumps can be used for one direction

of rotation, while all other external gear pumps can be operated in alternating directions of rotation. The external

gear pumps have an axial clearance compensation for a high volumetric efficiency and a long lifetime.

tandem: The multiple pumps (Tandem pumps) can be combined among all the available pump groups and sizes. Multiple pumps are available in these versions: - SHORT TANDEM (TC type, standard) where each stage is linked, but with reduced dimensions - LONG TANDEM (TL type) where the stages of each pumps are independent to allow the use of different fluids.

The air-oil exchangers have the aluminum radiant pack as this has proved to be the most suitable material for

conductivity and for other specific characteristics. The electric fans can be alternating current for stationary

machines or direct current for mobile machines. We can also provide air exchangers with hydraulic motor and

independent cooling units.

Shell and tube heat exchangers from 60mm up to 200mm diameter: not inspectable, can be inspected on the water

side and with a removable beam. The construction materials are: steel or brass mantle and CuNi for sea water or

copper pipes for fresh water.

OVER - GEARS

SPEED REDUCERS

Over-gears, finished with hydraulic pumps, are designed to connect agricultural tractors’ PTO. Output speed of PTO

is 540 R.P.M. and it is compared to optimal operating speed of hydraulic pumps. Other input speeds are permitted,

provided that output not exceed 3000 R.P.M.

Speed reducers are used for connecting Orbital motors as Danfoss on earth-moving machines, winches, windlasses

and agricultural machines for tomatoes and beets collection.


SUPPORTS

MECHANICAL COUPLINGS

Mechanical couplings are mainly used in sea industry on winches and windlasses.

Supports activate hydraulic pumps in the distance through belt pulley or chain pulley.


SPLINED HALF COUPLINGS

Splined half-couplings, made in hardened and tempered steel 16CrNi4, are used for mechanical transmissions on

electric motors and hydraulic power packs.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COUPLINGS

Electromagnetic couplings, 12 and 24 Volt, are used in engaging and disengaging hydraulic pumps employed in marine

sector (on boats and fishing boats), on garbage trucks and on air-conditioning units.

SVH VALVES FOR MOTORS


SINGLE FLOW PUMPS

Variable pumps with a displacement of 62, 92, 112 and

130 cm³. A working pressure of up to 450 bar, different

kinds of regulators and tandem pump assembly enable

you to use this kind of pump in almost all applications

where you need a variable oil flow.

HYDRAULIC MOTORS

Hydraulic motors according to SAE, ISO and DIN standard as well as cartridge motors. The displacement is 10-130 cm³

with a choice of shafts, seals and connection ports. High revolution speeds and a working pressure up to 400 bar

allows a power output of up to 285 kW.

The range of fixed displacement dual flow pumps (SCPD and SLPD series),

comprises of 10 different sizes from 20/20 cm³ up to 76/76 cm³. The SCPD

dual flow pumps are of bent-axis design, the SLPD pumps are of inline

design with swash plate.

Apart from the standardized cylinders, we manufacture special cylinders (according to custom made technical

specifications).

Having an experience of many years in high pressure hydraulic circuits of oil, we also do study and manufacturing of

special hydraulic units.

Each unit is being tested under the required working pressure conditions.
