Spider Head Liner es un cabezal robótico de engomado de tapas diseñado por MatriRuiz,S.L. Su funcionamiento se basa en un robot delta debidamente adaptado y actualizado por el equipo de ingeniería de la empresa. Gracias a los avances incorporados a este robot se forma una articulación ausente de fricción y holguras, permitiendo una alta velocidad y seguridad en la aplicación de la goma. La engomadora Spider Head Liner puede ser aplicada directamente a cualquier línea de producción sustituyendo el tradicional sistema de engomado, de manera que se permita el aprovechamiento del resto de elementos de la línea como el horno de secado o el alimentador. Esto implica la posibilidad de mantener su línea existente repercutiendo directamente sobre la productividad de la empresa a un bajo coste. Además, la máquina incluye un sistema automático de limpieza que elimina la formación de residuos de goma en la punta de la boquilla, asegurando una correcta aplicación sin necesidad de mantenimiento por parte del operario. Spider Head Liner se integra fácilmente gracias al sincronismo de dos inductivos capaces de sincronizar el movimiento del robot, sin necesidad de costosos encoders ni instalaciones complejas.

Spider Head Liner is a robotic head end liner designed by Matriruiz, S.L. Its operation is based on a delta robot completely adapted and updated by the engineering department of the company. Thanks to its built-in advances, a friction and space free articulation is formed, allowing high speed and safety in the application of the sealing compound.

The head end liner can be applied directly to any production line replacing the traditional lining system, so it is possible to utilize the rest of the elements of the line such as the drying oven or the feed system. It allows for the possibility of maintaining certain existing line components increasing directly the productivity of the company and reducing costs.

Additionally, the machine includes an automatic cleaning system that eliminates the compound residue accumulation at the top of the nozzle, ensuring a proper application without any maintenance needed on the part of the operator. Spider Head Liner is easily integrated thanks to the synchronization of two inductive sensors which synchronize the movement of the robot without need of expensive encoders or complex installations.

Además, Spider Head Liner puede incorporar a petición del cliente un sistema de visión para detectar anomalías en la tapa de manera que se reduzcan considerablemente los desperfectos y mermas.

Additionally, Spider Head Liner can incorporate a vision system at the request of the customer to detect possible defects in the end, reducing significantly waste.

Su pantalla táctil permite un fácil manejo y programación de la máquina. Desde ella se configuran los principales formatos de tapas, quedando estos almacenados para su posterior uso. Sin embargo, el usuario puede introducir nuevos parámetros como formato, velocidad, dimensiones, etc. para adaptar la máquina a las condiciones deseadas. Esto permite la inyección de goma sin necesidad de adaptar la máquina ni pararla durante un tiempo prolongado.

Its touchscreen allows an ease of handling and machine programming. The most common end formats are configured from the touchscreen, being stored for subsequent uses. However, the user can introduce new parameters such as format, speed, dimensions, etc. to adapt the machine to the desired conditions. This allows for compound injection without the necessity of adapting or stopping the machine for a long time.

Spider Head Liner basically consists of three mechanical articulators, each one of them joined to a servomotor, with the ability to draw any coordinate and adapting itself to any geometric shape. The base is placed at the bottom end of the articulations where the injector is positioned. This mechanism allows a linear compound injection speed of 2 meter per second ensuring a totally clean application of the compound around the end without compound dirtiness out of the application area. This permits lower compound consumption thanks to its application by means of the injector, avoiding the compound drying produced when a dye or shower head system is used, which causes long line downtimes.

Spider Head Liner consiste básicamente en tres articulaciones mecánicas conectadas cada una de ellas a un servomotor, siendo capaz de trazar cualquier coordenada adaptándose a todo tipo de forma geométrica. En el extremo inferior de las articulaciones se encuentra la base donde se aloja el inyector. Este mecanismo permite la inyección de goma a una velocidad lineal de 2 m/s asegurando el engomado de tapas totalmente limpio sin restos fuera de la zona de aplicación. Supone un menor consumo de goma gracias a su aplicación mediante inyector, evitando así la sequedad que se produce cuando se utiliza el sistema de tampón o ducha, la cual provoca largas paradas de línea.
