1. ILAIPP is a think tank network created to
(i) Produce knowledge in order to enrich the debateon public policies and development in Latin America
and the developing world
(ii) Build a space for exchange, discussion andlearning among Latin American think tanks as well
as with centers working in other regions.
(iii) Promote actions to support the institutionalstrengthen of its members.
