• El problema del O3 es uno de los mas complejos en calidad del aire, sus soluciones son por tanto muy complejas también
• Las superaciones horarias de 180µg/m3 O3 se registran en 7 zonas concretas de España y tienen contribuciones, regionales y de larga distancia, sobre las que se sobreponen las locales. Se necesitan políticas a las 3 escalas, PERO TAMBIÉN A LA LOCAL Y EN EPISODIOS PUEDE SER MUY IMPORTANTE
• La media de los máximos 8-h estivales parecen tener ciclos semanales, y por tanto influenciadas por focos locales
• Los orígenes relativos del O3 (hemisférico, regional, local) varían en proporción en las diferentes cuencas áreas de España
• Para reducir O3 hay que reducir precursores, y especialmente de manera estructural (Mayo-Agosto), más que episódica
• Para medidas episódicas• Realizar pronóstico meteorológico de episodios de recirculación y capa de mezcla (Millán et
al., 1997 and 2000)• Realizar estudios de sensibilidad para reducciones de COVs y NOX
