PPM’s EN PROCESO:

• Para cero defectos en el cliente• Para estrechar tolerancias y fiabilizar el producto• Para permitir automatización flexible robusta• Para menos staff de problemas endémicos

La potencia de 6Sigma es enorme: 3 6σ reducir fallos en 3000 veces.

Pero requiere un dominio tecnológico profundo de los procesos por parte de un equipo reducido, de alto nivel, e integrando habilidades de materiales, máquinas, procesos, mantenimiento y electrónica –informática.

Estos son los BB necesarios, que prácticamente no hay.


LA VARIABILIDAD no es solo un problema de los procesos físicos de fabricación. La variabilidad del plazo de acción de los procesos de gestión de soporte (planificación, ingeniería, calidad, mantenimiento), origina:

• ↑ despilfarros• Imposibilidad de mejorar

Deben medirse indicadores sencillos, y el plazo de respuesta es el más adecuado.
