Descripción general de los módulos y aprendizajes esperados para el ramo de Control de Calidad y QA/QC, pasando por conceptos y características para realizar los diferentes tipos de muestreos en cada tipo de roca que podemos encontrar, señalando las etapas iniciales para realizar un control con las exigencias encontradas en las grandes mineras.

  • EL MUESTREOConcepto.- Ejercicio prctico

    Utilizando este tipo de dulces, siga los siguientes pasos:Uno de los compaeros, sacar una muestra.Hacer grupos de 4 personas y tomar una muestra de la bolsaCuantificar el total de dulces tomados y separar por colorRegistrar los datos.

    Cmo se diferencian?Cmo se muestrean?Por qu muestrearlas as?

  • Veta: en geologa, masa tubular de materia mineral, depositada en fisuras, grietas o hendiduras de un cuerpo rocoso, y de composicin distinta que la de la sustancia en la que est incrustada. La mayora de las vetas son el resultado de la precipitacin gradual de sustancias transportadas por agua o gas subterrneo despus de la formacin del material circundante. Las vetas tienen tamaos que van desde el de pequeas grietas, que pueden estar contenidas en una sola muestra de roca, hasta decenas de metros. Las vetas de cuarzo y de otros materiales tambin pueden formarse cuando se inyectan fluidos magmticos (magma) en fisuras abiertas por intrusin de cuerpos grandes de roca gnea. Esta estructura, en capas estratificadas muy juntas, se conoce como Filn. Muchos metales y minerales valiosos se encuentran en vetas de rocas gneas y rocas sedimentarias. En el interior de las vetas. En minera, la materia mineral sin valor asociada a las menas se llama ganga. Se encuentran diversos metales en las vetas, en general, en combinaciones qumicas que forman minerales, pero tambin, como el oro y el platino, en estado puro o nativo. El oro suele encontrarse en vetas de cuarzo, la ganga ms comn.Vetas de Fe-Cu Sector Cerro Blanco, Regin de Atacama

  • Cmo se determina que se trata de una estructura?Criterios generales

    Debe contener a lo menos 1 plano.Presencia de relleno.Discordancia relativa a la roca de caja.Interrupcin de la homogenizacin litolgica.

  • Fallas : Son resultado de las fuerzas tectnicas en el interior de la corteza terrestre. La acumulacin de la fuerza y la liberacin provocan movimientos o desplazamientos en las rocas. Fallas tectnicas se manifiestan en planos tectnicos y en zonas de rocas intensamente fracturadas (= Zona de falla).producen varios fenmenos en las rocas comoestras, rocascataclsticasentre otras. Algunas veces las rocas en la zona de la falla sufrieron una fuerte alteracin hidrotermal, especialmente los minerales se cambiaron principalmente a arcillas.

  • Losdiquesse forman cuando las intrusiones se sitan cortando oblicuamente a las rocasencajantes(que les rodean), es decir, es un filn estril que aflora y construye un muro en medio de otras formaciones rocosas. El tamao de los diques es muy variable, lo mismo pueden tener espesores de escasos centmetros, como decenas de metros.Por su parte, losfilones, tambin llamadossills, son formaciones originadas por acumulacin de los minerales en grietas o fisuras de las rocasencajantes, pero situados paralelamente a ellas (por esa razn se llamanconcordantes); se suelen forman tras el enfriamiento de una solucin hidrotermal que ascendi por las grietas durante un proceso geolgico de metamorfismo. Al igual que los diques, los filones pueden tener espesores variables entre centmetros y decenas de metros.ClasificacinLas rocas filonianas se clasifican atendiendo a su textura y composicin qumica. Se distinguen: prfidos,aplitas,pegmatitasylamprfidos.

    Exactitud: Es la proximidad de una medicin a una valor real o aceptado como real

  • Error: Cmo lo definimos? Dependiendo del proceso, la especie o la variable, este concepto puede ser tan subjetivo como el concepto de calidad.

    En trminos generales, podemos definir el error como una desviacin obtenida de una medida o un resultado esperado.

  • Medida de la incertidumbre de la medicin.Al medir la variabilidad de un conjunto de resultados, estamos analizando cuan dispersos o concentrados estn estos de un valor referencial.
