STR1/50 Combine machine of 130 kg/h

STR1/50 is the compact machine both for the shelling of whole shelled product and for theseparation of the broken shells, with the capacity of about 1 q/h, compatibly with the qualityof the product. It is provided with a cast iron roll, electric motor of 1 Hp and whatever isnecessary to ensure a good functioning. The motion transmission is provoked by a unifiedpitch roller chain. All the metallic parts are painted according to our colors.

The line includes the separating machine STR50, composed of a base frame in tubular and avibrant system controlled by cam. The separating machine has a sizing shaker containingfive calibrated frames for the selection of the product. It has an area of aspiration providedwith a fan having 5 aspiration channels and a five channel area for the unloading of theproduct.

Schematically, the functioning of a shelling machine is the following: the non-shelled fruit isput into a loading hopper. Then, it enters the shelling line which is composed of a series ofknives and a rotor, having a rotation in reverse direction. Colliding with the knives whichrotate with the rolls, the shell is broken into different parts. The shell and the kernel comeout from the roll through a specific adjustable cage that has splines to expel the product. Theproduct falls on the sizing shaker of the separating machine STR50, on which there areframes with perforated metal sheet of different forms and dimensions, apt at the separationof the shell from the kernel. The separating machine STR50 is composed of a sizing shakerand an aspiration fan.

Shelling line STR1 + STR50

The breaker line STR1 + STR50 with a production of 130kg / h depending on the quality of the

almonds is composed of:

Bucket elevator with bidirectional outlet with the possibility of loading the calibrator or the

almond breaker.

Calibrator composed of a roller with adjustable cage of 2 sizes obtaining 3 different calibrations.

The calibration of the product is recommended to optimize the work of the breaker, decreasing

the% of broken almonds.

Almond shell breaker (STR1) composed of 1 adjustable cast iron conoidal roller with a series of

blades that rotate against a rotational cage in the opposite direction. The fragments of shell and

fruit emerge from the roller by a special adjustable cage.

Vibrating feed of the classifier

Classifier (STR50) with a vibrating casing with 4 perforated screens of different shapes and

sizes that will separate the fruit from the mix. The classifier is composed of a tubular bearing

structure and an eccentric shaft that transmits the movement to the vibratory housing supported

by the transverse bars.

The separator is completed with a suction field consisting of a vacuum with 2 channels, which

allows the removal of dust and small fragments of shell at the exit of the product

Shelling line STR2+ SR50/2La línea rompedora STR2+STR50/2 con una producción 260kg/h en función de la calidad de las

almendras está compuesta de:

- Elevador de cangilones con una tolva de descarga y una pala dosificadora para mejorar la carga

del elevador.

- Calibradora compuesta de un rodillo con jaula ajustable obteniendo 2 calibrados diferentes. Cada

sección de calibración descarga directamente el producto en el correspondiente rodillo de la rom-

pedora.

- Rompedora de la cáscara de las almendras (STR2) está compuesta por 2 rodillos conoidales.

- Vibrante de salida del producto

- Cinta transportadora de acero que alimenta la clasificadora.- Clasificadora (STR50/2) con una carcasa vibrante con 5 cribas perforadas de diferentes formas

y tamaños que separaran la fruta de la mezcla. El clasificador esta compuesto de una estructura

de rodamiento tubular y un vibrador que realiza el movimiento a la caja vibratoria accionada por

muelles.

- El separador se completa con un campo de succión que consiste en un aspirador con 3 canales,

que permite la eliminación de polvo y fragmentos de cáscara de pequeño tamaño a la salida del

producto.

Shering and separating lineBucket elevator – direc extrationThe bucket elevator comprehends a hopper that contains the in-shellproduct, that falls and loads the bucket, with direct extraction. A measuringpalette holds the product and allows the following bucket to position itself forthe loading. Then, the bucket unloads its content into a bidirectional head,which can load the calibrator of the shelling machine. The dimensions canvary according to the needs.

The calibrator is a fundamental component of the line because it has the function of

dividing the product with the shell into different sizes.

By calibrating the product there is the possibility of optimizing the work of the

breaker line to reduce the % of broken almonds.

It consists of a steel support structure that contains an adjustable roller with cage of

up to 2 sizes, obtaining 3 products of different calibers.

Each calibration section unloads the product in a hopper with a bag placement

system of 25 to 50 kg.

broken shell sizes from the breaker.

It consists of a vibrating housing with 4 calibrated frames with perforated sheets of different

shapes and sizes in a tubular bearing structure and with an eccentric shaft that transmits the

movement to the vibratory housing supported by the transverse bars.

In the classifier there are two parts:

1. Sieving: Using special frames.

2. Suction channels: at the exit of the fruit that through the airflow adjusting blades allow to

eliminate the rest of the small shells and dust.
