El inicio del turismo en Canarias en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX

Llvate de las Islas un plantn de aloe

y prepara en casa una mascarilla con

miel de cumbre.

Tan slo debers mezclar la pulpa deun tallo de aloe vera, una cucharada

de miel y unas gotitas de aceite de

oliva en la batidora. Aplicar sobre

la piel perfectamente limpia y seca.

Dejar actuar 15 minutos y retirar

con agua fra. Obtendrs una piel

extremadamente suave!

As is well-known, Aloe Vera has a large

number of uses and applications. It is an

excellent skin regenerator which coun-

ters the action of skin bacteria, destroys

dead cells and favours their elimination.

Moreover, it regulates pH on the three

layers of skin. Take an aloe vera plant

from the islands and prepare at home a

mask with Summit honey. You only have

to extract the pure aloe gel and mix with

a tablespoon of honey and a few drops

of olive oil in a blender. Apply to the

skin perfectly clean and dry. Leave for

15 minutes and remove with cold water.

You will get a very smooth skin!

dos guayabos.

Colocar la fruta troceada en un

bol y aliar con el zumo de dos

naranjas, una copita de ron miel

canario y un poco de azcar mo-

reno. Servir bien fro y decorar

con hojas de hierbahuerto.

The subtropical climate of the

wide variety of tropical fruit. On any

of the islands you can try delicious

natural juices and fresh fruit salads,like this one: Peel and chop a

pawpaw, a tropical pineapple, two or

three bananas and two guavas.

Place the chopped fruit in a bowl

and dress with the juice of two oran-

ges, a small glass of Canary Islands

honey rum and a touch of brown

sugar. Serve chilled, garnished with
