La demolición es un arte: el arte de la destrucción. El artista, creando o destruyendo, necesita de her-ramientas de trabajo capaces de dar protagonismo a sus propias habilidades. Como satisfacción de esta demanda, nació una línea de martillos hidráulicos: los martillos de U.Emme, herramientas de demolición por excelencia que combinan fiabilidad y potencia. Gracias a la experiencia en el cam-po, descubrimos que la diferencia en el ruido causado por los martillos silenciados y los martillos no si-lenciados consiste en un puñado de decibelios (es el golpe de la herramienta que trabaja en el cuerpo que se demuele lo que causa la mayor parte del ruido). Por lo tanto, U.Emme ha decidido diseñar una serie de martillos abiertos en 2 lados, lo que permite un mantenimiento fácil y rápido, si es necesario. Cada modelo de martillo ARIETE tiene un sistema de recuperación de energía que proporciona más potencia que los martillos convencionales a membrana, ya que utiliza la presión de gas en la cabeza del martillo y, por lo tanto, es independiente de la línea hidráulica auxiliar de la máquina portante. De hecho, el aceite necesario se encuentra solo en la primera parte de la carga del cilindro y luego inter-viene el gas asegurando disparos precisos y potentes al actuar como un resorte. ARIETE puede trabajar con altos valores de contrapresión en la línea de retorno (27 bar como máximo) sin afectar el rendimiento y amortizar todos los golpes incorrectos gracias a una función especial de auto-freno, mientras que un sistema interno de autorregulación de aceite gestiona el flujo entrante. Demolition is an art: the art of destruction. The artist, creating or destroying, needs working tools able to give prominence to his own skills. As satisfaction of this demand was born a line of hydraulic hammers: U.Emme breakers, excellence demolition tools combining reliability and power. Thanks to experience on field we found out that the difference in noise caused by silenced hammers and non silenced hammers consists of a handful of decibels (it is the stroke of the tool working on the body to be demolished that causes most of the noise). We therefore decided to project a series of hammers opened on 2 sides, allowing an easy and quick maintenance, if needed. Hydraulic ham-mers ARIETE gots an energy recovery system providing more power than conventional mem-brane hammers, as it uses the gas pressure in the hammer head and therefore is independent from the auxiliary hydraulic line of the host machine. In fact the oil needed is only in the first part of the cylinder charging and after which intervenes the gas ensuring precise and powerful shots by acting like a spring. Each ARIETE hammer is able to work with high back pressure values on the return line (27 bar maximum) without effects on performances and to amortise all mis-hits thanks to a special self-brake function, while an internal oil self-regulating system manages the incoming flow.
