Comfort and overviewOur Scan-Line Green 100 is electronically controlled and equipped with a thermostat. That allows it to be regulated just like a radiator.

It can be adjusted manually, for example by selecting one of fi ve pre programmed settings, or choose manual , where the temperature can be set as required. The electronic ignition gets the stove lit within a few minutes.

Scan-Line Green 100A GSM module is available as an optional extra, allowing the stove to be operated via text messages. This makes the stove ideal for installation in a holiday house. Our Scan-Line Green 100 also adjusts its own air supply to ensure optimum burning at all times.

If the room temperature becomes too high or too low the stove adjusts itself automatically, creating a comfortable indoor climate. A childproof lock on the door ensures that small prying fingers stay unharmed. If the door is opened, the stove shuts down.

Scan-Line Green 200 seriesThe special Heta Hot Air Supply technology and associated cast-iron heat exchanger al-lows multiple rooms to be heated via a pipe connection. The new position for the second convection fan, resulting in a lower airfl ow speed, reduces the noise level in the room where the stove is installed.

Our Scan-Line Green 200 is ready to be fi tted with Heta Hot Air Supply. The associated pipe and fan components are expected to be launched in late 2015.

Example BIn combination with a solar system, our Aqua stove takes over

the weather heating power for a low costand convenient central heating system and on cloudy days.

Countless applications Give free rein to your imagination and exploit the endless possibilities. The Scan-Line 800 Aqua series comes with a safety valve for connection to existing systems. When connecting the stove, please ensure it is fi tted with the ideal circulation pump, with a capacity of at least 140 litres of water per hour. Please also ensure that the existing system is fi tted with a safety valve that activates if the pressure exceeds 2.5 bar..

Example CIn combination with geothermal energy can our Aqua stove be used specifi cally for the heating of hot water.We recommend for the integration of fl oor heating usinga buff er <500 liters.

Product Description and Functions

The APK prevents corrosion in the heat exchang-er, as the return temperature in the thermal 3-way valve (bypass) is regulated. The current setting a constant return water temperature is maintained to ensure the optimum utilization of energy by maintaining a regular combustion.

Our Aqua Performance Kit (APK) is available as an option and ensures that a constanttemperature in the return. It containsimportant fi ttings, pipes and equipment for the operation of the plant:

APK consists of the best components from leading suppliers. The circulation pump with the best effi ciency of WILO with very low energy consumption.

Combustion cycleUnlike fossil fuels (oil, coal and gas) burning wood is CO2 neutral and therefore does not add to the overall greenhouse gas eff ect. There is no diff erence in the amount of CO2 released from a piece of burned fi rewood than a piece left to rot in a wood. As trees grow, they absorb CO2 with help from the sun’s energy, and unlike fossil fuels, only return the same amount of CO2 that was absorbed, thus they do not contribute to global warming or the greenhouse eff ect.

Combustion techniqueHeta stove uniquely designed fi reboxes and air supply reduce CO and harmful combustion particles to an absolute minimum.

Heta stoves use pre-heated combustion air for a clean burn (blue arrow), i.e. the combustion air is free-fl owing and feeds combustion without any resistance.

The pre-heated tertiary air supply (green arrow) combusts the remaining gases before the smoke vent up the chimney: a cru-cial factor in environmentally-friendly combustion.

The warmed convection air (red arrow) fl ows across the room, which along with the infra-red heat from the glass front is what warms the room. This makes the stove’s heat effi cient and means you can enjoy looking at the fl ames of your fi re – soot-free.

EnamelHeta customers can choose the type of enamel surface they want for their stoves. This is an exclusive choice of surface finishes that has been used with Heta wood-burning stoves for many years.

Enamelled surfaces have many advantages over traditionally-painted surfaces, e.g. the surface never changes or becomes scratched. Cleaning is easy as the surface is as smooth as glass, and also beautiful to look at.
