ACLARACIONES Y MODIFICACIONES AL PLIEGO DE
CONDICIONES AVSA 002/2012
PROVISIÓN DE UNIDAD REABASTECEDORA DE
COMBUSTIBLE DE AVIACIÓN (JET FUEL)
Mediante el presente se comunica a los potenciales proponentes, las siguientes
aclaraciones y respuestas a consultas realizadas por los interesados, asimismo se realizan
Modificaciones al Pliego de Condiciones N° AVSA 001/2012, mismas que deberán ser
tomadas en cuenta al momento de la elaboración y presentación de las propuestas:

ANEXO 2-B.2 1. Aclarar si lleva plataforma elevadiza
Este equipo no requiere plataforma.
ANEXO 2-B.2 2. Ítem 123: No está claro cuál es el material del tanque.
El material del tanque no está definido. Si es de acero inoxidable o aluminio tiene más puntaje que si es de acero al carbono y pintado.
ANEXO 2-B.2 3. Ítem 71: ¿Requiere o no "Large Display" of the meter?
No es mandatorio pero, si se pone, tendrá puntos adicionales (Anexo 2-B.3).
ANEXO 2-B.2 4. Ítems 149 al 155: Entendemos que no aplican
Los ítems del 149 al 153 si aplican: El equipo puede venir con rebobinador de manguera hidráulico y bomba con accionamiento hidráulico. Tienen puntaje (Anexo 2-B.3). Los ítems 154 y 155 se eliminan (Ver abajo en Modificaciones).
ANEXO 2-B.2 5. Ítem 166: No es un PLC standard. ¿Están pidiendo que se les diseñe un "software" nuevo?
Si, es correcto.
APPENDIX A 6. Ítem 23: Definir qué tipo de sistema requieren
No se requiere ningun sistema en específico. El proponente deberá indicar el sistema que usará.

APPENDIX A 7. Ítems 55 y 56: Favor definir
Según el Appendix A ítem 12, los stickers/pintado del logo son opcionales y tienen puntaje. Se adjuntan fotos de los stickers y la ubicación en un refueller en servicio.
MODIFICACIONES AL PLIEGO DE CONDICIONES PARTE II: TÉCNICA
ANEXO 2-B.2 1. Ítem 26: Spark arrestor to be fitted. Eliminado (El ítem no es necesario).
ANEXO 2-B.2 2. Ítem 83: Hose beads to be fitted if specified in Appendix A.
Se reemplaza por el siguiente texto: Item 83: “Drag ring for the nozzles to be fitted”.
ANEXO 2-B.2 3. Ítem 100: A flexible connection may be installed in the pump suction line on refuellers to prevent strains or vibrations being transmitted between the pump and the tank. To be fitted in such a position that allows ease of inspection and shall not be painted.

ANEXO 2-B.2 4. Ítem 130: Self-sealing grade selective aviation tank loading couplings as specified in are to be installed on the operating side of the fueller. If, in addition, couplings are to be fitted on the non operating side of the vehicle, this will be specified in Appendix A.

ANEXO 2-B.2 5. Ítem 154: Where applicable the elevating platform and deck hose boom hydraulic systems are to incorporate check valves to safeguard against sudden descent due to hose failure. There will also be two separate emergency lowering valves designed to allow the platform and deck hose boom, if fitted, to be lowered slowly in the event of hydraulic system failure. The return lines must be routed direct to the reservoir independent of any other line. The deck control should be the final item in the hydraulic circuit so that it is not subjected to high back pressures.

ANEXO 2-B.2 7. Ítem 188: Two copies of the fuelling equipment Operation and Maintenance manual and one copy of the chassis parts list, operating and service manual are to be supplied with each vehicle. Literature will be fully descriptive and include a comprehensive spare parts list, detailed drawings of the general arrangement, fuel flow circuit, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems. It will also include a written procedure for the vehicle operation. A proof copy of the literature is to be submitted at least three weeks before delivery of the vehicle (See 13 in ANEXO 2-B.3).
