En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Art. 17 del Reglamento (UE) 596/2014 sobre el abuso de mercado y Art. 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, ACCIONA, S.A. (en adelante, la “Sociedad”) comunica la siguiente,

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse and Art. 228 of the consolidated text of the Securities Market Act, ACCIONA, S.A. (the “Company”) reports the following,

INFORMACIÓN RELEVANTE MATERIAL INFORMATION

En relación con el Hecho relevante de fecha 16/10/2018, con número de registro 270520, Acciona informa de la reactivación del Contrato de Liquidez que tiene suscrito con Bestinver Sociedad de Valores, S.A. para la gestión de su autocartera, (HR 254438). La operativa a través del Contrato de Liquidez comenzará con efectos el día de hoy. Asimismo, en relación con los Hechos relevantes de fecha 27.03.2018, 28.03.2018 y 05.04.2018, con números de registro 263541, 263546 y 263770 respectivamente, y de conformidad con la normativa vigente, se informa, que mientras dicho Contrato de Liquidez esté activo no se operará en el marco del Programa de Recompra de Acciones propias que Acciona tiene en vigor. Finalmente, Acciona informa que, durante el período transcurrido entre el 24 de octubre y 26 de octubre de 2018, ambos inclusive, la Sociedad ha llevado a cabo las siguientes operaciones sobre sus propias acciones en el marco del Programa de Recompra:

In relation to the Relevant Event dated 10.16.2018, with registration number 270520, Acciona reports of the reactivation of the Liquidity Contract signed with Bestinver Sociedad de Valores, S.A. for the management of its treasury stock, (HR 254438). The operation through the Liquidity Contract will begin with effects on the date hereof. Likewise, in relation to the Relevant Events dated 03.27.2018, 03.28.2018 and 04.05.2018, with registration numbers 263541, 263546 and 263770 respectively, and in accordance with the regulations in force, it is reported that while Liquidity Contract is active, it will not be operated within the Buy-back Programme over own shares that Acciona has in force. Finally, Acciona report that, during the period between October 24 and October 26, 2018, both inclusive, the Company has carried out the following operations on its own shares within the Buy-back Programme:
