RODILLA• Cuatro Huesos:
– Fémur– Patela– Tibia– Fíbula (Fx tobillo)
• Tres Articulaciones:– Patelo femoral– FémorotibialFémorotibial– Tibiofibular proximal
• Movimientos:– Patelofemoral: Deslizamiento vertical (F/E) y lateral– Fémorotibial: FLX/EXT; ROT INT/EXT; Lateralización – Tibiofibular: Deslizamiento (movs del tobillo)

BIOMECÁNICA BÁSICA • Articulación más grande y compleja del cuerpo• Músculos biarticulares:
– Isquiotibiales y cuádriceps: Actúan en general sobre laIsquiotibiales y cuádriceps: Actúan en general sobre la rodilla y la cadera de manera simultánea en CCC
• Ligamentos: colaterales, cruzados, ¿rotuliano?; Retináculos, ligs poplíteo oblícuo y arcuato.
• Meniscos intraarticulares• Importancia de la patela: polea• Ángulo Q (hasta 15º, sobre 20º patológico)

• Problemática mecánica de la rodilla: mezclar estabilidad con movilidad

•Se tensa en Hiperextensión, Rot Medial, Valgo y deslizamiento anterior tibial.
•Se distiende entre 60° y 90°
•LCP
•Se tensa en Deslizamiento posterior, Flexión y Rotación p , ylateral. Tb en hiperextensión traumática. Distendido a 0°
•AMBOS CONTROLAN EL RODAR-DESLIZAR DE LA ARTICULACIÓN
Durante todo el ROM, siempre hay fibras tensas de ambos LC (para mantener estabilidad, coaptación y AKM principalmente en CCC)
AKM: LCA favorece el deslizamiento anterior femoral; LCP favorece el deslizamiento posterior femoral
