Every gesture, every ingredient, every ritual is drawn from a page of the L’OCCITANE grand herbarium, a resource of hundreds of essential oils and natural ingredients. The escape begins with scent. From the moment you enter a Spa L’OCCITANE, the fragrances transport you to Provence.

Prior to your treatment, you are greeted with a “Welcome Ritual”, a footbath performed with our Aromachologie Effervescent Sugar Cubes. Your experience then takes you on a true olfactory journey, sequenced at every step by soothing or energizing aromas. The voyage of the senses continues through gestures, sensorial textures, relaxing music and the herbal teas inspired by Provencal traditions.

The Spa is a natural extension of our brand. In respect for authenticity, we always prefer hand-performed treatments over machines and traditional massage techniques over technologies.

Cada gesto, cada ingrediente, cada ritual se extrae de una página del herbolario de L’OCCITANE, un sorprendente recurso de cientos de aceites esenciales e ingredientes naturales. La escapada comienza con una esencia. Desde el momento en que se accede al nuevo Spa by L’OCCITANE, las fragancias te transportan a la Provenza.

Antes de iniciar cada tratamiento, se recibe al cliente con un «Ritual de bienvenida», que consiste en un baño de pies. Es entonces cuando el cliente comienza un viaje olfativo con aromas tranquilizadores o energizantes. Este viaje por los sentidos continúa con gestos, texturas sensoriales, música relajante y té de hierbas inspirados en las tradiciones provenzales.

POLÍTICA DE CANCELACION Para evitar un cargo del 50% del servicio rogamos realizar la cancelación 24 horas antes de la cita programada.Cancelaciones o faltas de asistencia a menos de 12 horas de la cita programada supondrán el 100% del cargo.Se requerirá una tarjeta de crédito en el momento de la reserva.

LLEGADA SPA Recomendamos llegar 60 minutos antes de la cita para contar con tiempo suficiente para el relax y disfrutar de la piscina del hotel y las instalaciones antes del tratamiento. Si prefiere una escapada rápida sugerimos 15 minutos antes de la cita, lo que le dará tiempo para una ducha y un cambio de vestuario de baño. Los retrasos no supondrán una extensión de los tratamientos agendados.

EDAD REQUERIDA La edad mínima requerida para acceso al Spa es de 18 años. Los menores deben venir acompañados de un adulto.

CONDICIONES DE SALUDInforme al equipo de posibles condiciones de salud, alergias o lesiones que pudiesen afectar el servicio cuando realice su reserva de spa.

PÉRDIDAS O DAÑOS El Spa by L’Occitane La Florida, no se hará responsable de posibles pérdidas o daños de objetos personales. Recomendamos que guarde sus objetos valiosos en la caja fuerte de la habitación durante su visita. Para proteger sus prendas recomendamos también el uso del albornoz suministrado.

ACCIDENTES O DAÑOS El Spa by L’Occitane La Florida, no se hace responsable de posibles accidentes o daños que pueda sufrir un cliente o huésped durante el uso de las instalaciones.

TIENDA SPAPara continuar su ritual spa en casa, todos los productos utilizados estarán disponibles en nuestra tienda del Spa.

DEVOLUCIONES Y CAMBIOS Los productos de venta que no estén abiertos podrán cambiarse durante un periodo de 30 días presentando ticket de compra original. No se realizarán devoluciones de efectivo o tarjeta de crédito.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations or no shows within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required when booking.

SPA ARRIVAL We suggest you to arrive 60 minutes prior to your spa appointment if you wish to use leisurely time to relax and enjoy the hotel pool & facilities before your treatment. Otherwise if you prefer a quick escape from the urban environment, we suggest you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, which will allow you time to shower and change into comfortable robe. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension on scheduled treatments.

AGE REQUIREMENT The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 18.

HEALTH CONDITIONSPlease advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa. reservation.

LOSS OR DAMAGE We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your hotel room safe during your visit or request one of our spa concierge to place it in the Spa safe. For the protection of your clothing we also advise you to wear the robe provided.

ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES The Spa by L’Occitane La Florida, should not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by a guest.

SPA BOUTIQUE To continue your spa regime at home, all products used in your treatments will be available in our Spa Boutique.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.
