Rules: In order to participate you must be a Man O’ War H.O.G Chapter member before you start the challenge. All pictures must be submitted in digital format to publicrelations@manowarhd.com. Once submitted you will receive a reply email for your records within 24 to 48 hours. If you don’t receive a reply email please contact Man O’ War Harley-Davidson mar-keting sta� . Pictures may not have any � lters, edited, no screen shots since we need the meta-data on the photograph to verify the date the picture was taken. We recommend pictures taken in JPG format and be submitted in medium to good quality. � e picture should be taken at a prominent spot in the park, preferably by the park sign or any recognizable landmark where it’s safe to park. � e picture must show the rider/s, motorcycle/s, and a prominent unique park area. We will accept sel� es if riding alone or couples pictures with the motorcycles. Both rider and passenger qualify for the challenge though each individual must complete this form. A group picture at the location with or without motorcycles will qualify if the ride is recognized as an o� cial Man O’ War H.O.G scheduled ride wearing riding gear. Pictures may be submitted individually or all together. It will be your responsibility to backup your picture a� er taking it, and we therefore suggest you take a backup picture or store your images in the cloud or computer or email it to yourself immediately. All pictures and forms must be submitted by No-vember 2nd of 2020 allowing you an extra weekend to complete the challenge. Note: � is riding challenge is to be done at your leisure and time. � is is not an o� cial dealer ride nor is the dealership making this challenge mandatory to be a Man O’ War H.O.G member. � erefore you assume all responsibilities to obtain the proper safety gear & precautions, insurances, and preparation. See your H.O.G dealer representative or H.O.G director for insurance coverage and requirements for o� cial Man O’ War H.O.G scheduled rides.
