BASES GENERALES:

Cumplimentar y entregar la Declaración de Aceptación y Responsabilidad, según el Modelo Protocolo Covid-19 antes del inicio de la primera ronda. Descargar en el blog: https://ajedrezmarcote.blogspot.com/

Cumplir el PROTOCOLO FISIO-COVID-DXTGALEGO PARA AJEDREZ DE COMPETICIÓN, antes, durante y después, para los jugadores participantes. En caso contrario pueden ser dados de baja en el torneo.

El torneo se disputará por Sistema Suizo a 9 rondas.

El ritmo de juego será de 90 minutos de reflexión por jugador para toda la partida, más un incremento de 30 segundos por jugada realizada.

Los emparejamientos serán informatizados (Programa VEGA) y no se admitirá ningún tipo de reclamación en este sentido, excepto error en la introducción manual de resultados.

El sistema de desempate se sorteará al finalizar la última partida de la última ronda entre los siguientes sistemas de desempate: Bucholz Total FIDE, Bucholz -1 FIDE (restando la peor puntuación) y Bucholz -2 FIDE (restando las 2 peores puntuaciones). Si persistiera el empate entre 2 o más jugadores se procedería a realizar un sorteo para determinar la clasificación final.

El torneo será válido para Normas Internacionales de Ajedrez, ELO FIDE y ELO FEDA.

Días de descanso (BYE). Los BYES son días libres que puede solicitar el jugador siempre por escrito o por email. Cada jugador puede solicitar un máximo de 3 BYES, siempre anteriores a la séptima ronda. Los BYES correspondientes a la primera ronda deberán formalizarse vía email (con acuse de recibo) antes de que finalice el plazo de inscripción y que tendrá que ser validado por el organizador. Los BYES correspondientes a las siguientes

cinco rondas (2ª a 6ª) deberán formalizarse antes de que finalice la primera ronda. En la ronda solicitada no se emparejará al jugador solicitante del BYE y se le otorgará medio punto.

Los jugadores que no hayan abonado su inscripción antes de finalizada la primera ronda, no serán emparejados en la siguiente.

A aquellos jugadores que por cualquier razón no aparecieran en la última lista de ELO FIDE y hubieran tenido ELO FIDE con anterioridad, se les considerará su ranking, sólo a efectos de premios, según la lista en la que aparecieran por última vez.

Se exigirá a los participantes una adecuada presencia en la Sala de Juego y en la Ceremonia de Clausura.

La inscripción en el Torneo implica que los participantes autorizan la publicación de sus datos personales e imagen (fotos, vídeos, etc) en los diferentes medios de comunicación que la Organización considere oportunos para la necesaria difusión del evento (listado de jugadores, listado de resultados, clasificaciones, emparejamientos, partidas, web, televisión, etc.

Cualquier reclamación se formalizará por escrito y a lo sumo una hora después de sucedido el hecho objeto de la reclamación. El reclamante deberá acompañar su escrito con una fianza de 25 € que le será devuelta en caso de que el Comité de Apelación le dé la razón a su demanda.

El Comité de Apelación estará formado por cinco miembros: tres titulares y dos suplentes. Estará presidido por el Director del Torneo, o aquella persona que el Director designe, y los cuatro jugadores con más rating del torneo. Los dos primeros de titulares y los dos que le siguieran de suplentes.

Regla de Sofía: Estará prohibido concertar tablas con el oponente antes de la jugada 30, sin el consentimiento del Árbitro principal o en quien éste delegue (en ningún caso un jugador del torneo).

Perderá la partida el jugador que se presente a la Sala de Juego con más de 30 minutos de retraso con respecto a la hora programada de inicio de la ronda, excepto en la primera en la que se tolerará una hora de retraso. En ambos casos, quedará a criterio del Árbitro flexibilizar el tiempo de tolerancia.

No se permitirá ni el uso ni la posesión de telefonía móvil ni de cualquier otro medio electrónico durante la sesión de juego. La posesión o el uso de los mismos llevará consigo la pérdida de la partida.

Una vez acabada la partida, los jugadores deberán dejar las piezas tal como las encontraron al principio de la partida.

El Torneo se regirá por estas Bases y por el Reglamento actualizado de la FIDE y de la FEDA

Mejor familia clasificada: a efectos de clasificación se sumarán los puntos obtenidos, dentro de una misma familia, por el mejor padre/madre clasificado y el mejor hijo/a clasificado. En caso de empate, se aplicarán los siguientes desempates: mayor número de participantes

por familia, suma de los puestos obtenidos en la clasificación final, ganando el número menor y por último reparto entre los empatados.

Para acreditar y cobrar los premios en metálico del torneo, será imprescindible estar presente en la Ceremonia de Clausura.

Los premios no serán divisibles ni acumulables (excepto el premio a la Mejor Familia Clasificada) y se repartirán por estricto orden de clasificación. En caso de que un jugador pudiera optar a dos o más premios de idéntica cuantía, tendrá prioridad el siguiente orden: 1º General, 2º por tramos ELO, 3º en el siguiente orden: mejor gallego, mejor veterano, mejor Sub – 16 y mejor Sub - 12, 4º Mejor Familia Clasificada.

A los premios se les deducirán los impuestos legales establecidos.

Un torneo con premios en un ambiente único. Ritmo torneo: 3 minutos + 2 segundos por jugador. Inscripción torneo: 10 Euros (General), 6 Euros (Menores de 16 años). VI INTERNATIONAL CHESS OPEN "HOTEL CEMAR**"

GENERAL RULES:

Complete and submit the Declaration of Acceptance and Responsibility, according to the Covid-

19 Protocol Model before the start of the first round. Download in the blog:

Comply with the PROTOCOL FISIO-COVID-DXTGALEGO FOR CHESS COMPETITION, before,

during and after, for the participating players. Otherwise they may be disqualified from the

tournament.

The tournament will be played in 9 rounds Swiss System.

The pace of play will be 90 minutes of reflection per player for the whole game, plus an

increment of 30 seconds per move played.

The pairings will be computerised (VEGA Programme) and no complaints will be accepted in

this respect, except for errors in the manual introduction of results.

The tie-breaking system will be drawn at the end of the last game of the last round among the

following tie-breaking systems: Bucholz Total FIDE, Bucholz -1 FIDE (subtracting the worst

score) and Bucholz -2 FIDE (subtracting the 2 worst scores). If a tie persists between 2 or

more players, a draw will be held to determine the final ranking.

The tournament will be valid for International Chess Rules, ELO FIDE and ELO FEDA.

Rest days (BYE). BYES are days off that can be requested by the player always in writing or by

email. Each player can request a maximum of 3 BYES, always before the seventh round. The

BYES corresponding to the first round must be formalized via email (with acknowledgement of

receipt) before the end of the registration period, and will have to be validated by the

organizer. The BYES corresponding to the next five rounds (2nd to 6th) must be formalised

before the end of the first round. In the requested round, the player requesting the BYE will

not be paired and will be awarded half a point.

Players who have not paid their registration fee before the end of the first round will not be

paired in the next round.

Players who for any reason do not appear on the last FIDE ELO list and have previously had a

FIDE ELO, will be considered to be ranked, for prize money purposes only, according to the list

on which they last appeared.

Participants will be required a suitable clothing in the Playing Room as well as at the Closing

Ceremony.

Registration in the Tournament implies that participants authorize the publication of their

personal data and image (photos, videos, etc.) in the different media that the Organization

considers appropriate for the necessary dissemination of the event (list of players, list of

results, rankings, pairings, games, web, television, etc.).

Any complaint shall be made in writing and no later than one hour after the game which is the

subject of the complaint. The complainant must accompany his written complaint with a

deposit of €25, which will be returned to him if the Appeal Committee upholds his claim.

The Appeals Committee shall be composed of five members: three full members and two

alternates. It shall be chaired by the Tournament Director, or such other person as the

Director may designate, and the four highest rated players in the tournament. The first two as

starters and the next two as substitutes.

Sofia's Rule: It shall be forbidden to draw with the opponent before move 30, without the

consent of the Chief Arbiter or his delegate (in no case a player of the tournament).

The game shall be forfeited if the player is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled

starting time of the round, except in the first round, where a delay of one hour shall be

tolerated. In both cases, it shall be at the Referee's discretion to relax the tolerance time.

The use or possession of mobile telephones or any other electronic media will not be permitted

during the playing session. Possession or use will result in forfeiture of the game.

Once the game is over, players must leave the pieces as they found them at the beginning of

the game.

The Tournament will be governed by these Rules and by the updated FIDE and FEDA

Regulations.

Best classified family: for the purposes of classification, the points obtained, within the same

family, by the best classified parent and the best classified child will be added together. In the

event of a tie, the following tie-breakers will be applied: the highest number of participants per

family, the sum of the positions obtained in the final classification, with the lowest number

winning, and lastly, distribution between the tied teams.

In order to be accredited and receive the cash prizes of the tournament, it will be essential to

be present at the Closing Ceremony.

Prizes will not be divisible or cumulative (except for the prize for the Best Classified Family)

and will be distributed in strict order of classification. In the event of a player being eligible for

two or more prizes of identical amount, the following order will have priority: 1st General, 2nd

by ELO brackets, 3rd in the following order: best Galician, best veteran, best U-16 and best U-

12, 4th Best Classified Family.

Legal taxes will be deducted from the prizes.

PUB FEGATELLO BLITZ TOURNAMENT

A tournament with prizes in a unique atmosphere. Tournament pace: 3 minutes + 2 seconds per

player.

Tournament registration: 10 Euros (General), 6 Euros (Under 16).

Prizes: 250 €: 1st 100 € 2nd 75 € 3rd 50 € 4th 25 €.

Note: These prizes are guaranteed with a minimum participation of 30 players. In case of a lower

number of players the amount of the prizes will be reduced in proportion to the number of
