POINTS

WU XIAO



概念

奇经八脉与十二经脉气相通的8个腧穴。

均为于肘膝关节以下，腕踝部上下。

首见于宋子华《流经八穴》，窦汉卿收于

《针经指南》。又称“窦氏八穴”。



CONCEPT

The meridian Qi of eight extra-meridians

connect with twelve regular meridians by

eight acupoints. The eight acupoints

named as eight convergence points.

All of eight convergence points are

located around the ankle and wrist.

The eight convergence points are

recorded at yuan dynasty.



含义

八脉：奇经八脉，即任、督、冲、带、阴维、阳维、阴跷、阳跷。

交会穴：两条或两条以上的经脉相互交通、交会的穴位。

八穴：八个特定的经穴，即公孙、内关、

足临泣、外关、后溪、申脉、列缺、照海诸穴。



MEANING

EIGHT EXTRA-MERIDIANS:DU,REN,DAI,CHONG,YINQIAO,YANGQIAO,YINWEI,YANGWEI

CROSSING POINT:Two or more thantwo meridians intersect at the point

EIGHT CONVERGENCE POINTS:Eight

specific points which are the crossingpoint of eight extra-meridians and twelveregular meridians.



与八会穴鉴别

八会穴：脏、腑、气、血、筋、脉、骨、髓精气所汇聚的腧穴。

脏会章门、腑会中脘、气会dan中，血会

膈俞、筋会阳陵泉、脉会太渊、骨会大杼、髓会绝骨。

首载誉《难经》

八脉交会穴歌

公孙冲脉胃心胸，内关阴维下总同

临泣胆经连带脉，阳维锐眦外关逢

后溪督脉内眦颈，申脉阳跷络亦通列缺任脉行肺系，阴跷照海膈喉咙

内关相应是公孙，外关临泣总相同列缺交经通照海，后溪申脉亦相从



内关、公孙

脾经公孙穴与冲脉交通

心包经内关与阴维脉相通

二者同会于胃、心、胸部位

后溪、申脉

小肠经后溪与督脉相通

GB41 connect the gallbladder meridian

and dai meridian

SJ5 connect the triple-jiao meridian and

yangwei meridian

GB41 and SJ5 converge at these area:

outer canthus and shoulder area



列缺、照海

肺经列缺穴与任脉交通

肾经照海穴与阴跷脉相通

共同会合于咽喉、肺、胸膈部位

LU7 connect the lung meridian and ren

meridian

KI6 connect the kidney meridian and

yinqiao meridian

LU7 and KI6 converge at these area:

throat , lung, chest and diaphragm



奇经八脉的走行

督脉

起于下极之俞，并于脊里，上至风府，入

属于脑。

起于长强，止于龈交；共28穴

DU MERIDIAN

The du meridian originates from inside of

the lower abdomen,and descends in the

perineum, then goes backward along the

interior of the spinal column,and reaches

DU16,goes upward to the vertex.

起于中极之下，以上毛际，循腹里，上关元，至咽喉。

起于会阴，止于承浆。共24穴。




MERIDIAN

REN MERIDIAN

Ren meridian originates from inside ofthe lower abdomen,and emerges from

the preineum and goes forward andupward to the pubic region.then ascendsalong the interior of the abdomen,passing RN4 , goes upward and reachesthe throat.

冲脉

起于气街，并少阴之经，挟脐而上，至胸中而散。。

起于气冲，行大赫、气穴、四满、中注、肓俞、商曲、石关、阴都、通谷、幽门

冲脉为病，逆气里急。

It originates from pathway of

Qi(ST30),goes along the kidney

meridian,reaches chest.

The points of chong

meridian:ST30,KI12,KI13,KI14,KI15,KI16

带脉

起于季胁，回身一周

起于章门，带脉、五枢、维道。带之为病，腹满，腰溶溶如坐水中。

It originates from hypochondriac, goes

around of the waist.

The points of dai meridian:

LR13,GB27,GB28




阴跷脉

起于跟中，循内踝上行，至咽喉，交贯冲脉。

起于照海，交信、睛明

阴跷为病，阳缓而阴急

YINQIAO MERIDIAN

It originates from the heel,ascendes from

reaches the throat, then crosses the

临床应用

八法者，奇经八穴为要，乃十二经之大会也。

周身三百六十穴统于手足六十六穴。六十六穴又统于八穴。

六十六穴包括五输穴和原穴。



CLINICAL APPLICATION

Eight methods

All acupoints are governed by 66

points,they are five shu-points and yuan-

source points. 66 points are govened by

8 convergence points.



临床应用

根据阴阳八卦属性，上下配合，分为四对，治疗本经及有关奇经八脉的病症

内关公孙：胸、心、肝、脾、胃

列缺照海：胸、咽喉、肺、膈、肝、肾

后溪申脉：目内眦、耳、颈项、肩膊、腰背

外关足临泣：目外眦、耳后、颈颊、肩、胁肋




According to yin,yang, eight trigrams,

eight convergence points are divided as

four couples.

They cure diseases of the meridian they

belonging and the eight extra-meridian

they connect

ABDOMEN DISTENSION

in july.2006, my neighbor named yangXX felt

abdominal distension suddenly, even can not

belt. asked the reason was improper diet.Percussed the abdomen, it was Percussive

tympany. Needled SP4&PC6,did the twirling

manipulation alter alternately, relieved

immediately;15mins later, everything was ok.

Feb.2011, the patient named LinXX, receivedsurgery 2weeks ago, from then on he feltabdominal distension, no fart, no stool.Needled SP4&PC6,did the twirlingmanipulation alter alternately, not relievedimmediately; then combined more points toregulating Qi, such as DU20,

RN17,RN6,ST36,ST37,LR3. after picked outneedles, relieved a little. Received 7times acutreatment, distension disappeared.

Dec.2008,a lady named XUxx who was more

than 30 years old, suffered from nervous

vomiting for more than 1 month. It recurrentattacked, can not eat anything during it

control it attacked less at first, after more than1month treatment, she was completely cured.
