EL PRESENTE DE INDICATIVO (SIMPLE PRESENT)

FORMA AFIRMATIVA

Se forma en inglés con la forma básica o simple del verbo para todas las personas,

Cuando el verbo termina en -s, -ss, -sh, -o, -ch, -x se añade a la tercera persona singular (he,she,it) la terminación '-es'

EjemplosI cross the street /Yo cruzo la calle.

She crosses the street/ Ella cruza la calle.

You wash your car every Sunday/ Tú lavas tu coche cada domingo

He washes his car every Sunday/ Él lava su coche cada domingo.

We always go to school/ Nosotros siempre vamos a clases

She always goes to school/ Ella siempre va a clases

Cuando termina en 'y' precedida de consonante cambia la 'y' por 'ies'

FORMA INTERROGATIVA

A diferencia del español, para su construcción se recurre al verbo do que realiza una función auxiliar y no significa nada en la oración, pero se tiene que poner. 

En la tercera persona se usa does y el verbo en este caso ya no tiene la s ni la es.
