Ficha técnica: Maviret
• Composición: combinación a dosis fija, cada comprimido de SOF/VEL/VOX contiene 400mg de sofosbuvir (SOF), 100mg de velpatasvir (VEL), y 100 mg de voxilaprevir (VOX).
• SOF: inhibidor pangenotípico de la polimerasa de ARN dependiente del ARN NS5B del VHC. • VEL: inhibidor de 2ª generación de la NS5A, con perfil de resistencias mejorado. • VOX: inhibidor de la proteasa NS3/4A con actividad pangenotípica y alta barrera de resistencias.
• Indicación: tratamiento de la hepatitis C crónica (HCC) GT1-6 en adultos.
• Posología: un comprimido de SOF/VEL/VOX una vez al día acompañado de alimentos, independientemente del genotipo.
