MANIFIESTO:

“INTELIGENCIAS EXTRATERRESTRES EN CONTATO CON LA

HUMANIDAD”

Durante las últimas seis décadas la sociedad ha sido testigo del fenómeno

ufológico, el mismo que ha sido conocido y difundido a través de medios como

periódicos, revistas, libros, documentos, reuniones de expertos y algunas

declaraciones oficiales desde agencias gubernamentales de varios países.

Aunque gran parte de la información sobre avistamientos o contactos tal vez

podría tener una explicación natural, o quién sabe ser sólo el fruto de la fantasía,

farsa o incluso oportunismo de "supuestos testigos", hay una larga lista de

científicos, políticos, clérigos, finalmente personas de alta credibilidad, de diversas

condiciones socioeconómicas, que han admitido haber observado OVNIS (Objetos

Voladores No Identificados) o incluso haber entrado en contacto con seres

extraterrestres. Sin embargo, el interés de los gobiernos, así como la comunidad

científica sobre la posibilidad de interacción de seres extraterrestres con seres

humanos en nuestro planeta ha sido casi inexistente debido a varias razones que

sería extenso detallar.

Sin embargo, en nuestros días todos los argumentos presentados por los

expertos científicos son controvertidos y cuestionables, además de sufrir fuertes

críticas y limitaciones. Surgen ante ellos, varios otros argumentos en la dirección

opuesta. Evidencia histórica y arqueológica de super-civilizaciones en la prehistoria;

cálculos probabilísticos matemáticos como la Ecuación de Drake, afirmando la

inminencia del contacto con seres de otro planeta. A esto se añaden los informes de

observaciones de OVNIS, procedentes de profesionales altamente cualificados entre

los que destacamos, por ejemplo, los astronautas e intelectuales, todos sugiriendo

que el punto de vista clásico y tradicional, sostenido por la cúpula científica de no

aceptar la interacción de los seres con la humanidad, puede estar ultrapasado.

Frente a esta situación, científicos notables como el Dr. James MacDonald, el Dr.

Allen Hynek, el Dr. John Mack, el profesor y general del Ejército Brasileño Moacir

Uchoa, entre muchos otros nombres, con sus investigaciones clínicas y de campo

tuvieron el coraje de desafiar el “mainstream” dominante de la ciencia. En el mismo

sentido también la "Academia Latinoamericana de Ufología Científica", dejó su

contribución científica moldeada por "The Final Contact Project", investigación ya

publicada que demostraba bajo un método original la hipótesis de que en algunos

casos de supuestos "contactados", de hecho está ocurriendo un contacto avanzado

con seres extraterrestres en la Tierra.

Comprender la realidad, la complejidad y el uso de la información obtenida a

través de la investigación dentro de las fenomenologías ufológica asociada con

inteligencias tecnológicas supuestamente más adelantadas tendrá un notable

potencial de impacto para el presente y el futuro de nuestra humanidad.

De esta manera como ciudadano, científico y representando a un grupo de

estudiosos de mente abierta, después de décadas de estudio e investigaciones, con

el apoyo de otros ciudadanos e intelectuales que simpatizan, expresamos

puntualmente estas siete declaraciones:

1. Los fenómenos o las manifestaciones de Inteligencias Extraterrestres son

reales y pueden tener una expresión física y material permitiendo ser

investigados bajo el método científico además de tener una expresión

psíquica.

2. Hay evidencia de la presencia de estas Inteligencias Extraterrestres en el

pasado de la humanidad, y puede haber influido en nuestros orígenes,

nuestra historia, religión, culturas y desarrollo científico y tecnológico.

3. El origen de estas Inteligencias Extraterrestres es variado, lo que sugiere

que hay civilizaciones dentro del sistema solar, de otras constelaciones,

galaxias y probablemente también en otras dimensiones. Aclaro que el

término "Inteligencias Extraterrestres" puede entender seres

intraterrestres, intramarinos, ultraterrestres o ultradimensionales, todos

presentando claramente un desarrollo tecnológico superior al nuestro

hasta el punto de que estas Inteligencias Extraterrestres están llegando a

nosotros y no al revés.

4. Algunas de estas Inteligencias Extraterrestres están presentes en la vida

cotidiana contemporánea de varias maneras, lo que sugiere que tienen

una naturaleza biológica que se asemeja a la nuestra o una posible

capacidad sofisticada de metamorfosis.

5. Comprender la realidad, complejidad y uso de la información obtenida a

través de la investigación dentro de la fenomenología ufológica tendrá un

potencial de impacto notable para el presente y el futuro de nuestra

humanidad cambiando revolucionariamente paradigmas en los campos

filosófico, científico, social y político.

6. Las autoridades locales, nacionales e internacionales, como las Naciones

Unidas, la comunidad científica mundial y los medios de comunicación

deben tomar medidas inmediatas en el reconocimiento de esta realidad y

su trascendencia a la sociedad, aunque sabemos que es muy probable

que algunos gobiernos tengan un profundo conocimiento de la realidad del

tema.

7. La naturaleza intrínseca de estas Inteligencias Extraterrestres, así como

las razones de su presencia e interacción con los seres humanos,

representa una complejidad más allá del límite de nuestra comprensión y

racionalidad que constituyen el mayor desafío para las próximas

generaciones.

“EXTRATERRESTRIAL INTELLIGENCIES IN CONTACT WITH

MANKIND”

In the past six decades society has witnessed the UFO phenomenon, the same one

that has been known and disseminated through media such as newspapers, magazines,

books, documents, expert meetings and some official statements from government agencies

in several countries.

Although much information about sightings or contacts might have a natural

explanation, or to be only the fruit of fantasy, farce or even opportunism of "alleged

witnesses", there is a long list of scientists, politicians, clerics, finally people of high credibility,

of various socioeconomic conditions, who have admitted to having observed UFOs

(Unidentified Flying Objects) or even having come into contact with extraterrestrial beings.

However, the interest of governments as well as the scientific community on the possibility of

interaction of extraterrestrial with human beings on our planet had been almost non existent

due several reasons the same would merit more space.

Today, however, all the arguments put forward by scientific experts are controversial

and questionable, as well as suffering strong criticism and limitations. They arise before them,

several other arguments in the opposite direction. Historical and archaeological evidence of

super-civilizations in prehistory; mathematical probabilistic calculations such as Drake's

Equation, affirming the imminence of contact with beings from another planet. Added to this

are the reports of UFO observations, from highly qualified professionals among which we

highlight, for example, astronauts and intellectuals, all suggesting that the classical and

traditional point of view, supported by the scientific dome of not accepting the interaction of

beings with humanity, may be outdated. Faced with this situation, notable scientists such as

Dr. James MacDonald, Dr. Allen Hynek, Dr. John Mack, Professor Moacir Uchoa, among

many other names, with their clinical and field research had the courage to challenge the

dominant mainstream of science. In the same vein also the "Latin American Academy of

Scientific Ufology", left its scientific contribution shaped by "The Final Contact Project",

research already published that demonstrated under an original method the hypothesis that

in some cases of alleged "contactees", in fact advanced contact with extraterrestrial beings

on Earth is occurring.

Understanding the reality, complexity and use of information obtained through

research within ufological phenomena associated with supposedly more advanced

technological intelligences will have remarkable impact potential for the present and future of

our humanity.

In this way as a citizen, scientist and representing a group of open -minded scholars,

after decades of study and research, with the support of other citizens and intellectuals who

sympathize, we express these seven statements in a timely manner:

1. The phenomena or manifestations of Extraterrestrial Intelligences are real and can

have a physical and material expression allowing to be investigated under the

scientific method in addition to having a psychic expression.

2. There is evidence of the presence of these Extraterrestrial Intelligences in

humanity's past, and may have influenced our origins, our history, religion, cultures,

and scientific and technological development.

3. The origin of these Extraterrestrial Intelligences is varied, suggesting that there are

civilizations within the solar system, other constellations, and galaxies and

probably in other dimensions as well. I make it clear that the term "Extraterrestrial

Intelligences" can understand intraterrestrial, undersea, ultraterrestrial or

ultradimensional beings, all clearly presenting a technological development

superior to ours to the point that these Extraterrestrial Intelligences are coming to

us and not we get to them.

4. Some of these Extraterrestrial Intelligences are present in contemporary daily life

in various ways, suggesting that they have a biological nature that resembles ours

or a possible sophisticated capacity for metamorphosis.

5. Understanding the reality, complexity and use of information obtained through

research within UFO phenomenology will have a potential for noticeable impact for

the present and future of our humanity by revolutionarily changing paradigms in

the philosophical, scientific, social and political fields.

6. Local, national and international authorities, such as the United Nations, the global

scientific community and the media, must take immediate action in recognizing this

reality and its significance to society, although we know that some governments

are very likely to have a deep understanding of the reality of the issue.

7. The intrinsic nature of these Extraterrestrial Intelligences, as well as the reasons

for their presence and interaction with humans, represents a complexity beyond

the limit of our understanding and rationality that constitute the greatest challenge

for the next generations.
