What is Job In Jeopardy (JIJ)
For people at risk of losing their job• Due to Injury,
• Due to Illness,
• Or due to disability

How can JIJ Assist?
By discussing and implementing actions (with the employers assistance) to keep the employee in work.• Work redesign• Workplace Assessment• Workplace Modifications

Who is Eligible?
• Currently Employed,
• Working a minimum of 8 hours per week on average over the previous 13 weeks,
• Must be at risk of losing their job due to their disability, illness or injury

Any other requirements?
• Not receiving assistance from a Disability Employment Service
• Must be between the ages of 14 and 65• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent
resident

How can Employees access JIJ through CIM Employment?
• Employees can approach CIM Employment directly for referral
• They must reside within the Logan Employment Services Area

How long does the program Run?
• The Job in Jeopardy program usually runs for a 26 week period
• During this time the participant will work with an Employment Consultant to address the barriers through various activities

What activities are usually undertaken?
• Workplace assessments for job redesign
• Workplace assessments regarding workplace ergonomics
• Workplace Modifications
• Training and up-skilling to undertake new tasks
