Give them courage so that they can stand before us and share the fond memories they

have of their beloved. Father, it has been such a big blow to them

as a family, but you are their strength and strong tower.

We know that you love them so much and that you will take care of their needs. Lord, fill the gap that has been left in their

hearts and give them the courage to face each day without him.

was born December 25, 1967 in Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Jose and Fermina

Gonzalez. Lovingly known as “El Conejo/Rabbit”, Meme, or Jesse, he moved with his family to the

United States and settled in South Texas. There he attended Hargill Elementary and Edinburg High

School and became a rancher to support his family. Jesus also worked as a farmer, a welder, and a

mechanic. Really, he would never say “no” to any job and was a very hardworking man. Jesus later moved to Mississippi, where he married his wife, Maria Jovita Hernandez De La Aqua, and lived in

Arkansas at the time of his death. Jesus was a devoted Catholic and in his spare time, he enjoyed

hunting, fishing, watching Philadelphia Eagles games, listening to Spanish music, and being

surrounded by family and friends. Jesus was a wild and free spirit who easily made friends and loved to joke. He could make anyone laugh no matter what was bothering them. He will truly be missed by all

who knew and loved him.

Jesus departed this life on November 9, 2021 in Phillips County, Arkansas to join his brother, Luis Gonzalez, and his stepfather, Gerardo Garcia. He will forever be remembered by his beloved wife,

Maria and his children, Jesus, Jr. and Jessica Gonzales; his mother, Fermina Garcia; his brothers and sisters, Josefina Hernandez (Adarin), Gerardo Garcia, Jr. (Jasmine), Laura Martinez (Nicolas) and Alejandro Garcia (Kristine); his nephews, Gerardo

de la Garza, Jr., Joe Anthony de la Garza, Justin Hernandez, Benito and Eddie Sarrion, Christopher

Martinez, Romeo and Josiah Garcia; his nieces, Teresa Garcia, Celeste Garcia, Norma Garcia

(Adan) & many more relatives & friends.

nació el 25 de diciembre de 1967 en Valle Hermoso, Tamaulipas, México de José y Fermina

González. Amorosamente conocido como “El Conejo/Rabbit”, Meme o Jesse, se mudó con su familia a los Estados Unidos y se estableció en el sur de Texas. Allí asistió a Hargill Elementary y

Edinburg High School y se convertiría en ranchero para mantener a su familia. Jesús también trabajó como agricultor, soldador y mecánico. Realmente, nunca diría "no" a ningún trabajo y era un hombre

muy trabajador. Más tarde, Jesús se mudó a Mississippi, donde se casó con su esposa, Maria

Jovita Hernandez De La Aqua, y vivía en Arkansas en el momento de su muerte. Jesús era un católico devoto y en su tiempo libre le gustaba cazar, pescar, ver los partidos de los Philadelphia Eagles, escuchar música en español y estar rodeado de familiares y

amigos. Jesús era un espíritu libre y salvaje que fácilmente hacía amigos y le encantaba bromear.

Podía hacer reír a cualquiera sin importar lo que les molestara. Realmente será extrañado por todos los

que lo conocieron y amaron.

Jesús dejó esta vida el 9 de noviembre de 2021 en el condado de Phillips, Arkansas para unirse a su

hermano, Luis González, y a su padrastro, Gerardo García. Siempre será recordado por su amada

esposa, María y sus hijos, Jesús, Jr. y Jessica Gonzales; su madre, Fermina García; sus hermanos y hermanas, Josefina Hernandez (Adarin), Gerardo

Garcia, Jr. (Jasmine), Laura Martinez (Nicolas) y Alejandro Garcia (Kristine); sus sobrinos, Gerardo

de la Garza, Jr., Joe Anthony de la Garza, Justin Hernandez, Benito y Eddie Sarrion, Christopher Martinez, Romeo y Josiah Garcia; sus sobrinas, Teresa García, Celeste García, Norma García

(Adán) y muchos más familiares y amigos.

Que Jesús tenga piedad del alma de May Jesus have mercy on the Soul of

Jesus Gonzalez…

DULCISIMO Corazón de Jesús hecho forma en el Santisimo Sacramento,

Ileno de ardiente amor por las pobres Animas del Purgatorio cautivas por sus

pecados, ten piedad del alma de tu fallecido siervo. No seas severo en Tus juicios, pero

permite que algunas Gotas de Tu Preciosísima Sangre caigan sobre las

devoradoras Ilamas, y Tú, Misericordioso Salvador envía Tus angeles para que lo conduzcan a un sitio de bienendanza,

luz y paz.

Amén. Que las almas de los fieles difuntos

descansen en páz por la gracia de Dios.
