Oversaw all operations of the National Parts Center, including direct supervision over 3 Mangers, 5 Supervisors and 120+ exempt and hourly employees, across the departments of Procurement, Order Administration/Customer Service and Warehouse Operations

directing staff to meet daily incoming production and repair of PCB’s. Reduced turn-around times by 40%, which in turn reduced inventory levels required to maintain programs.

Facilities Management that included all maintenance scheduling/contracts for entire building and a complex, automated carousel/conveyor systems.

Managed Freight, Home Delivery and Labor provider contract negotiations. Instrumental in negotiating a small parcel contract that slashed outbound freight expense, over a 3 year period, by $1.1M. Negotiated lower 3PL labor mark-up level by 1.5 points for regular and overtime rates, saving over $20K annually, year to year.

Served as Safety Team Manager ensuring highest level of compliance with corporate and OSHA standards Provided and managed training programs for fork lift certification/equipment handling, export compliance. Performed UAT and managed WMS system (Redprairie/JDA 5.1), provided UAT for system upgrades and new
