    Muchos verbos en ingls son seguidos por un adverbio o por una preposicin. Estos verbos dedos partes son conocidos como phrasal verbs (frases verbales). Algunas veces, stas frases sepueden separar para insertar un pronombre enmedio de la oracin, pero desafortunadamente noexiste un indicador que nos diga cules se separan y cules no, as que lo mejor es simplementememorizarlas.Tambin hay frases intransitivas, lo cual significa que no pueden tomar un objeto directo.
