Sustituya la búsqueda del éxito y el materialismo con la búsqueda de la contribución y generosidad. Usted se sentirá muy bien! Organízate. There are so many predictions for 2012, as well as so many resolutions.

Thoughts of self-improvement are worldwide in the begin-ning of the year. A new year provides a sense of get-ting a free do-over, so you can try again and get it right. It can’t hurt to at least make the effort as we spend too many hours a day at our jobs. Learn Something New. Challenge your mind in the coming year, break out of currents routines and challenge every comfort zone and watch your horizons expand.Volunteer and Help Others. A popular, non-selfish New Year’s resolution, volunteerism can take many forms. Resol-ve to replace the pursuit of success and materialism with the pursuit of contribution and generosity. La incertidumbre económi-ca seguirá siendo el gran pro-blema para todos los propieta-rios de pequeñas empresas.2. Watch for new tools that will help business owners better analyze complex customer behavior and comments on va-rious social-media platforms. 3.Customers in charge. More bu-sinesses will involve customers directly in merchandise and mar-keting decisions. 4.Mobile purchasing grows. Tho-se retailers not optimizing their

El ministerio de Agri-cultura y Tierra ha entregado en el marco de esta ley 175.129 instrumentos agrarios para regularizar la propiedad de los pre-dios expropiados y permitir que los trabajadores del campo se beneficien directamente de ellos. A principios de este año, Chávez pidió “acelerar la recuperación de tierras en todo el país”, en el marco del proceso de expropiaciones que adelanta

su gobierno. Pero según cálculos del sector agropecuario, sólo un pequeño porcentaje de estas tierras expropiadas están pro-ductivas. Cuba had more than 2.5 million travelers from overseas this past year beating the annual

record set in 2010. The communist-led island had more visitors from Canada, Britain, Russia and Ar-gentina this year. It also saw an increase in Cuban-Americans visiting from the United States, including from South Florida, Cuban officials say. Cuba had more than $1.3 billion in visitor spending this past year. The island is known for inexpensive, all-inclu-sive beach resorts. Tourism is the second largest source of foreign ex-change for its economy, bringing in some $2 billion a year. The only larger sector is health services, as doctors deployed to Venezuela and other nations have risen dramatically. The Obama administration recently eased restrictions on U.S. travel to Cuba.

While most Americans still can’t go for vacation, Cuban-Americans can now visit family without res-trictions. Washington also allows more religious and educational tours. Charter flights to Havana now are available from Fort Lauderdale, Tampa and other U.S. cities besides Miami and New York.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has expropriated more than 3.6

Google also announced that to “celebrate this milestone” some of their developers will have a 10 cent sale on their applications in the Android Market. The Android Market, while likely the largest store for Android applications, is not the only way to purchase Android apps. Because of the open nature of Android, as opposed to apps for Apple’s iOS (which technically can only be purchased direct from Apple’s App Store), other companies, such as Amazon with their “Appstore for Android”, are also able to sell Android application. This means that the 10 Billion downloads from Google’s Android Market does not represent the entirety of downloaded Android apps.

A bill introduced by Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, would create a new kind of visa for

foreigners who spend $500,000 on U.S. real estate. That could be one $500,000 primary residence house or one $250,000 primary residence and additional rental property.The visas would not provide a path to a green card and permanent residency and would not allow the foreigners to work here. The proposal is part of a bill to streamline visa requirements for foreign visitors. The idea apparently

stemmed from the E-5 investor visa, which is granted to foreign investors who create jobs. The new homebuyer visa would require the foreign investor to live in the home at least 180 days a year and pay U.S. taxes, though it would not grant him or her the right to work. Buyers could bring spouses and children. They would have to pay cash for the homes and pay more than the property is valued by the local property appraiser, though not all states value property at market value.
