This is Carmen the Financial Department and this is Jennifer from the Sales Department.The subject of our talk is the number of houses sold in Murcia. Id like to begin by the first quarter. Next, Carmen is going to talk in the second quarter. Finally, Jennifer will talk in the third quartier.How you can see in this graph.In 2009, houses sales were about 10 millions of houses sold.From 2009 to 2010 they increased sharply to 40 millions of houses sold. This anuaint means that people bought a lot of houses because they had a job and earnt much moneyThere was a boom in this sector.From 2010 to 2011, there was a rise slightly to a peak of 50 millions of houses sold.Then the sales declined to 40 millions of houses sold, because the crisis started anaind the world. People started to be laid off, and they prefered to rent houses.In 2012, sales started to drop substantially from 40 to 50 millions of houses sold. This huge reduction was due to the fact that the crisis was really strong in that moment and the construction sector was affected dramatically .From 2013 to 2014, the sales remained stable later in 2014 the sales started to increased slighty, because the country started to get over of the crisis.As a result of statistical research presented we can conclude that between 2009 and 2011 the number of homes sold in Murcia has a slight growth, reaching a peak of sales at 50 million euros.But from the year 2011 for reasons of economic crisis, citizens returned floors or were respossessed by banks, making sales is coming down to fall in 2013 by 20 million.Finally, starting in the 2014 thanks to the possibilities offered by the banks a moderate increase in 2015, reaching 30 million euros happens.
