2-NGP panel side Material Operation button from Other Operations is used to manage forklift development on the operator’s panels

side.

The following screen is displayed when the button is clicked.

“Take” creates take duty respectively with the active order or stock.

“Confirm” is used to confirm that the duty is completed via panel.

“Cancel” is used to cancel the duty.

“Exit” goes back to the previous screen.

2.1-Bring Button

This button brings the materials list to be requested.

2.1.1 Bring Screen

Stocks to be requested are listed here. These stocks are the ones (1-1) maintained from work station definitions

from Dcas program.

“Select” button is used in case a material is not needed in this list anymore but needed for the preparation for next

order. Order selection screen is displayed and when an order is selected, the stocks displayed are the detail stocks

of newly activated order and the stocks maintained from work station definitions from Dcas program (1-1).

“Ok” button is used to create records after the materials are specified and the quantity is entered.

“Cancel” button goes back to the previous screen.

3-Application Usage

Above screen is displayed when the application is started. With a common user credentials for forklift personnel,

they can log in.

After log-in, the following list that the personnel can work on the forklift is displayed (1-3).

Personnel is supposed to select his/her name.

Then types the password.

The following screen is displayed if the credentials are correct.

“Pending duties” button displays open duties.

“Completed duties” button displays all completed and closed duties.

“Vehicle selection” displays the current vehicle. Until the next selection, the current one is displayed as default.

“Close session” logs the personnel out from the vehicle and goes back to the screen where personnel list is

displayed.

3.1 Vehicle Selection

The following screen is displayed via vehicle selection button. The vehicles maintained are brought to the screen

(1-2) . Current vehicle is supposed to be selected.

3.2 Pending Duties

The following screen is displayed via Pending Duties button.

The area where the current vehicle is responsible is checked from the red marked section. Open duties list is

displayed from the selected area.

By “Accept” button the duty is owned and started.

After the acceptation of the duty, “Cancel” or “Completed” buttons are displayed.

If the duty is taken by mistake or if there’s a problem (the vehicle is broken etc.), “Cancel” button is pressed and

the duty goes back to the open duties list and when the duty is completed “Completed” button is supposed to be

pressed and the duty is closed.
