2. C ON D U C T O REFLECTANTE DE P LO•DUCl•

Gracias al tratamiento superficial de plata de los TUBOS SILVER-PLUS con un fac tor super-reflec tante del 98% según DIN 5036, se transfiere la luz solar hasta21m. Es el único tubo del merc ado 100% metál ico, sin de acabado plástico que puede degradarse con los años manteniéndose más estable al sol. Por todasestas razones el fabricante da 25 años de garantía en es te produc to.

Es el únicos is tema del m erc ado sin seguimiento solar pero que busca max imizarla captación con tres planos diseñados especificamente para captar solesde mañana, medi odía y tarde. Su diseño max imiz a el rendi mi ento eninvierno (rayos de sol de menor ángulo) y lo minimiza en verano protegiéndolode una excesiva radiación. La incorporac ión de la celosía a una cúpuladobla la cantidad de luz en los m o m e n to s más des favorables .

TUBO ALUMINIO: Tubo de aluminio con tratami ento superfic ial de pl ata SILVER-PLUS c on fac tor s uper-reflectante de l 98% según DIN5036, capaz de transferi r la luz solar hasta 21 m . Es el único tubo reflec tantedel merc ado 100% metál ico y NO LAMINADO EN PLÁSTICO, po r lo tanto nunca se descascari l lará (pelar),ni amari l l eara ni se agrietará después de una exposic ión prol ongada a rayos UV. Es elec troes tati camenteneutral y a diferencia de un laminado en plástico no atrae el polvo en suspensión. Por este motivo el fabricanteALANOD da una garantía de 25 años.

!In order to break termal bridge, many barriers have been included , and the addition of all of them will guarantee a NON-CONDENSATION PRODUCT ( 10 years of experience): !

0. Thikness: The only metal part in contact outside-inside is the Stainless Steel frame for the FLAT TOP GLASS . This frame is 6 mm thik, so we minimize the posible termal bridge.

1. GLASS- METAL SEALANT

In order to seal glass to Stainless steel frame, we use an elastic adhesive from Swiss manufacturer SIKA, model SIKASIL SG 500, with the following certificactions: ISO 11431: Jointing products .determination of adhesión/cohesion properties of sealants. Aging of products DIN 1286-1: Insulating Glassunits , air filled, aging behaviour. ASTMC920: Standard specifications for elastomeric Joint Sealant TT-s-001543ª TT-S-00230 C ASTM C1135: Standard test method for determining tensile adhesión properties of estructural sealants. ASTM1184: Standard specifications for structural silicone sealants. GB16776-1997: Chinese Aproved to use it as sealant for estructural glass systems.

2. TUBE ISOLATION POLYETHYLENE ISOLATION FOAM

Is an option feature of the system for cold weathers, were isolation between deck, land and the inner Aluminium pipe could be requested. We use a Polyethylene foam due to the following features: Thermal Conductivity: 0,036-0,04 W/mK ( satndard middle level isaolation ) Waterprof: Certified. Small thikness: 10 mm Fireprof: Not certified. Installation: Easy to cut, curve and bend. Other isolation products could be used if need it, like Polyurethane Foam with termal conductivity of 0,023 W/mk

3. CORK RUBBER ISOLATION

In order to isolate : 1. Glass-metal surface contact 2. Aluminium light pipe- metalic flashing surface contact We use Cork rubber material with the following features: Thermal Conductivity: 0,04 w/mk Density (ASTM D297): 700 kg/m3 Shore (ASTMD2240): 60

!4. GLASS AIR CHAMBER

The Flat Top glass device is a triple tempered and laminated glass + air chamber 24 mm+ double laminated glass, With the following features: Thermal Transmitance (U): The 24 mm air chamber , will guarantee a perfect isolataion for general weathers ( Thermal transmitance U=2,6 W/m2-K). If more isolation is need it, Argon could be incorporated into the air chamber for improvement. EN 1279-5 Glass units with air chamber, organic seal and tubular chamber. EN 14449-5:2005: Resistance to pendular body 1(B)1 for laminated glass. EN 12150-2:2005: Resistance to pendular body 1( c) 1 for tempered glass

5. AIR CHAMBER BETWEEN GLASS AND DIFUSSOR

There is an existing air chamber between glass and final difusor , that will also improve the Thermal transmitance of the whole system down to 1,9 w/m2K or less depending on the length of the pipe.!!!
