Datos biográficos: El Lcdo. Roberto José Maldonado fundador del Instituto Legal, fue presidente del

Instituto de Derechos Humanos de Puerto Rico, acusado por el robo de Wells

Fargo de Puerto Rico, el 22 de abril de 1986 salió en libertad bajo fianza de

$150,000 en propiedades.
