El proyecto completo ha sido ejecutado por Carbonell Figueras, S.A. mediante un contrato “llave en mano”

El almacén tiene una superficie de 122.000 m

2 que supone un volumen de

almacenamiento de 200.000 m3.

Anexo al almacén se ha construido un edificio de oficinas de 4.600 m

2.

Para zona de maniobra y accesos se destina un área de 95.000 m

2.

Fire protection system with sprinklers on the ceiling and on the racks and fast fire detection system.

Air-conditioning installations in the office building.

Outdoor traffic areas with asphalted surface and reinforced concrete pavements in the maneuvering areas.
