New York City is an amazing city located in Unites States. -Is one of the most populous urban agglomerations in the world.

It is located in northwestern USA and midway between Boston and Washington D.C.

-Tourism is a major economic activities of the city as it’s crossed by 40 millions tourist every year. -The main destinations include: Empire State Buildings, Ellis Island, Broadway Theater, Museums such as Metropolitan Museum of Art, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, The Bronx Zoo, Botanical Garden, and also the famous Statue of Liberty.

Most of New York City is built on the islands of Long Island, Manhattan and Staten Island. New York consists of five boughs, a form of goverment used to administer the five counties that make up the city. Among all districts the are hundreds of neighborhoods. There are: Brooklyn, Queen, Bronx,Manhattan and Staten Island.

It’s in the north district and is the only of the five that is not on a island but on land. Bronx has the distinction of being the birthplace of rap and hip-hop.
