Concept

E-commerce consists in the buying and selling of products or services through electronic devices such as the Internet and other computer networks means [1].

We must be clear that e-commerce refers to the commercial transaction itself as such, that is, the exchange of goods, products or services for money or other property similarly [2].

Why use this management tool to improve quality?

E-commerce can be used in any environment where documents are exchanged between companies: purchases or acquisitions, finances, industry, transport, health, law and collection of revenue or taxes [3].

This tool improves the quality of a company or organization by expanding its client base to enter a larger market, extending their sale schedule allow to improve communication with customers and effectiveness in advertising campaigns; in addition it provides greater convenience and diversity of information to them [4].

Concept

A focus group is a form of qualitative research in which a group of people are asked about their perceptions, opinions, beliefs, and attitudes towards a product, service, concept, advertisement, idea, or packaging. Questions are asked in an interactive group setting where participants are free to talk with other group members [8].

Give information on how groups of people think or feel about a particular topic.

Give greater insight into why certain opinions are held.

This administrative tool aims to identify what should be implemented to link supply of a community or area defined toward specific demands, so that the producers respond more efficiently to the dynamics of the market, surpassing the technical limitations of volume and continuity of the production through the organized participation of several factors.
