fernandocarrillotomas@gmail.com swinherrera@gmail.comEn la actualidad, en el Per existen organizaciones que realizan cobros de sus servicios de manera manual, el cual en muchas circunstancias generan prdidas, malestar al cliente, inseguridad y un mal servicio en las atenciones. El hecho de tener a la mano la tecnologa, genera ya de un inicio un medio de estrategia para agilizar mltiples de procesos que a su vez generan miles de ganancias a la empresa y factibilidad a los que los utilizan.

El presente proyecto plantea la implementacin de un Sistema de informacin usando metodologas giles para el proceso de cobros de peajes en las estaciones que administra Empresa Municipal Administradora de Peajes S.A., que en busca de soluciones adopta por la satisfaccin del conductor al momento de utilizar el servicio de cobro. Para ello el desarrollo de aplicaciones mviles es un mercado muy grande en estos tiempos. En la actualidad hay muchas compaas que estn invirtiendo mucho dinero para desarrollar aplicaciones exitosas y rentables. Por ello se di por implementar una aplicacin mvil que ayude al servicio de cobro de peaje recargando las tarjetas PEX de manera que esta est al alcance de los conductores y puedan transcurrir por estos servicios con toda la comodidad.El atractivo innovador reside en que este sistema se implantar en una autopista de peaje, donde los conductores no tienen que detener su vehculo para realizar alguna recarga para poder transitar y utilizar este medio de cobro de peaje PEX. Aparte segn el Ministerio de Transporte y Comunicaciones, segn las ltimas estadsticas en el Per, de cada 100 habitantes 2 no tienen mviles y que el aumento de uso de tecnologa mvil es 29115.149, esto quiere decir que 90 % de la poblacin peruana tiene de uno a dos lneas y es un factor que favorece a estos proyecto que se apoya en la tecnologa.

Como punto final y a modo de conclusiones de este proyecto se puede extraer que las aplicaciones mviles brindan grandes ventajas, y segn las estadsticas demostradas por grandes organizaciones nacionales e internacionales el uso de un aplicativo mvil siempre estn al alcance de todos los usuarios por la gran inflacin de usuarios que tienen lneas de celulares inteligentes.Palabras Clave: Metodologas giles Scrum y XP, MTC, Sistema de Informacin.ABSTRACTIMPLEMENTATION OF AN INFORMATION SYSTEM USING SCRUM FOR TOLL COLLECTION PROCESS ON THE STATIONS MANAGED BY EMAPE CARRILLO TOMAS, Fernando HERRERA PRECIADO, Eswin

Through technology may be generated strategies to speed up multiple processes, which in turn generate thousands of profits to the company and the feasibility to those who use it.

This project proposes the implementation of an information system using agile methodologies for toll collection process on the stations managed by the Municipal Administrator Company of Tolls S.A. (EMAPE) that looking for solutions opts for driver satisfaction when using collection service.For this reason, currently the mobile application development is a very big market. At the present there are many companies investing a lot of money to develop successful and profitable applications. Thus, it was decided to implement a mobile application to help the toll collection service, recharging the PEX cards, so these would be available to drivers, and they can elapse for these services with all the comfort.The innovative appeal lies in that this system would be implemented on a highway that has a toll collection system where drivers will not stop their vehicles to realize a refill in order to transit and use this toll collection through PEX cards. Also, according to the latest statistics in Peru made by the Transportation and Communications Chancellorship, for every 100 citizens 2 of them doesnt have phones, and the increase in the use of mobile technologies mounts to 29115.149, that means that 90% of Peruvian population have one or two phone lines, this is a factor that favor this kind of projects that lean on technology.As final point and conclusion, it can be extracted that mobile applications provide great advantages and according to statistics made by national and international organizations, the use of a mobile application is always available to all users because there is a progressive increase in the number of mobile smartphones users.Keywords: Agile Scrum Methodology & Extreme Programming (XP), Transportation and Communications Chancellorship (MTC), information system.
