Casanova dispone en su centro en Arbúcies de maquinaria de última generación para el trabajo de soportes mecanizados con P500 y P300 .

Este centro nos permite desarrollar, diseñar y fabricar piezas plásticas para la realización de prototipos y pequeñas series, permitiendo evitar la fabricación de moldes de inyección para todo tipo de series.Nuestro centro de mecanizado de 5 ejes nos permite fabricar todo tipo de piezas para simular como serán las piezas en grandes series, evitando errores en moldes y gastos innece-sarios.

In Arbúcies, Casanova has new generation ma-chinery for the work of mechanized supports with P500 and P300.

This center allows us to develop, design and manufacture plas-tic pieces for prototyping and small series, wich allows to avoid the manufacture of injection moulds for all kinds of series.

Our 5-axis machining center enables us to manufacture all kinds of parts to simulate how pieces will be in large series, avoiding errors and unnecessary expenses in moulds.

Las instalaciones de Casanova en Arbúcies están dotadas de una línea de pintura en polvo para contenedores.Nuestros clientes cada día necesitan mas variedad de colores y esta instalación nos permite poder llevar a cabo las ideas que nos piden nuestros clientes.

Son pinturas que actúan a 200 grados de temperatura dejando superficies lisas y con un grado de dureza superior a las pin-turas en liquido.Casanova dispone de los dos sistemas según las necesidades de los proyectos.

rizontales .

Este tipo de contenedor permite una gran carga de piezas y peso ya que

las piezas se colocan colgadas de las potencias permitiendo que encajen

entre ellas . Se caracterizan por una gran facilidad de carga y descarga.

We design and manufacture metal containers using horizontal powers.

This type of container allows a large load of pieces and weight since the

pieces are placed hanging from the stem allowing them to fit together. They

are characterized by a great ease of loading and unloading.


Soluciones con bandejas termo-conforma-das.

En nuestros diseños muchas veces recurrimos a las bandejas de ter-

mo-conformado ya que nos simplifican mucho el trabajo de bloquear las

piezas que tenemos que transportar.

Este tipo de contenedor permite encajar las piezas dentro de ubicaciones

individuales permitiendo el bloqueo de la pieza y evitando que estas se gol-

peen en el transporte. Diseñamos nuestras bandejas y fabricamos nuestros

moldes y nuestras bandejas.

Solutions with thermoformed trays.

In our designs we often resort to thermoforming trays since they greatly

simplify the work of blocking the parts that we have to transport.

This type of container allows the pieces to be fitted within individual loca-

tions, allowing the piece to be blocked and preventing them from hitting

during transport. We design our trays and manufacture our molds and our

trays.

Diseños metálicos con separadores de plástico alveolar son las últimas

tendencias en estos últimos años. Estos diseños nos permiten localizar

una pieza en cada ubicación y separadas por unas paredes de plástico de
