1 Assembling the highchair frame:

A Lay the seat assembly on its back and insert and push the rear leg tube set into front tube connection until the pins are locked.

Now lay the seat assembly on its back and insert the front leg tube set into the rear tube connection until the pins are locked.

CAUTION: Please ensure pins emerge completely through holes prior to use. ( Figure Ac )

2 Using the tray:

A To attach the tray, locate both tray release latches underneath the tray and pull them both outwards and hold.

B Align the tray with the armrests and slide the tray on. Release the tray latches ensuring it has locked into one of the three tray positions. To adjust the position of the tray, pull both tray release latches outwards and slide the tray to the desired position. To remove the tray, pull both tray release latches outward and slide the tray off the arm rests.

WARNING: THE TRAY IS NOT DESIGNED TO HOLD THE CHILD IN THE HIGH CHAIR. THE CHILD IS TO BE SECURED BY THE SAFETY HARNESS AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE HIGH CHAIR.

B To open the highchair seat assembly, hold the rear leg tube (or the front leg tube) and pull outward until you a hear a ‘click’ which indicates the frame is fully opened and locked.

4 Adjusting the backrest:

A Squeeze backrest trigger together to adjust backrest downwards.To elevate the backrest, squeeze the backrest trigger together and push the seat upwards.

WARNING: DO NOT ADJUST WITH THE CHILD IN THE CHAIR.

• Always ensure you bend your knees where appropriate and take due care when lifting the highchair.

• Place the high chair on a horizontal, flat and even floor ensuring all wheels are in contact with the floor.

• The high chair must not be placed on a table or similar surface to elevate the child.

• Position the high chair away from potential hazards and other furniture or structures that the child may be able to grasp or push.

• Keep away from walls, kitchen benches, hot surfaces, hot liquids and electrical cords.

• To prolong the life of your highchair keep it clean and do not leave it in the direct sunlight for extended periods of time.

• Removable fabric covers and trims may be cleaned using warm water with a household soap or mild detergent. Allow it to dry fully, preferably away from the direct sunlight.

• Non removable fabric covers and trims may be spot cleaned using a damp sponge with soap or a mild detergent. Allow it to dry completely before folding or storing it away.

• In some climates the covers and trims may be affected by mold and mildew. To help prevent this occurring, do not fold or store the product if it is damp or wet. Always store the product in a well ventilated area.

• To maintain the safety of your nursery product, seek prompt repairs for bent, torn, worn or broken parts.

• Always check parts regularly for tightness of screws, nuts and other fasteners – tighten if required.

• If the highchair is not working correctly stop using the highchair and seek repair.

Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product (Zuma High Chair), is free from material and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Should the product contain defects in material or workmanship Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc., will repair or replace the product, at our option, free of charge. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs associated with packaging and shipping the product to Dorel Juvenile Group Consumer Relations Department at the address noted on the front page and all other freight or insurance costs associated with the return. Dorel Juvenile Group will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser. Product should be returned in its original package accompanied by a proof of purchase, either a sales receipt or other proof that the product is within the warranty period. This warranty is void if the owner repairs or modifies the product or the product has been damaged as a result of misuse.

This warranty excludes any liability other than that expressly stated previously, including but not limited to, any incidental or inconsequential damages.
