La vivienda para los hermanos Cerni (Ricardo y Francisco) ola también llamada “Casa de los Dragones” ó “Casa Cerni”,proyectada pocos años antes que la ”Casa de los Dragonesde Valencia (Chaflan de las Calles Sorni y Jorge Juan deValencia)”.Los trabajos de construcción comienzan a finales del sigloXIX, recibiendo pronto el nombre de Casa de los Dragonespor las esculturas de gran tamaño que rematan su cubierta.Desprovista de ellas en la II República, mantuvo sin embargola denominación con la que aún en nuestros días esconocida. Al igual que la de Valencia.Recientemente ha sido realizada una restauración de lafachada y se han realizado réplicas de los Dragones que lacoronaban que han sido situadas en la que sería suubicación original.
