Deseamos a todas las familias de Ausan-gate unas lindas vacaciones y unas feli-ces Fiestas Patrias. Esperamos que nues-tros alumnos/as disfruten con sus respec-tivas familias y regresen renovados/as con más energía para seguir adelante en lo que resta del año. ¡Los esperamos de vuelta el LUNES 11DE AGOSTO!

Fin del horario de invierno Les recordamos que esta semana acaba el horario de invierno, por lo que a partir del LUNES 11 DE AGOSTO, fecha en la que re-tornamos luego de las vacaciones de medio año, la entrada será de 7:40 am a 8:00 am y la salida a las 2:45pm. Rogamos puntuali-dad en ambos casos.

X Festival Cultural en Ausangate Bilingual School

Felicitaciones a todos los alumnos que participaron en el X Festi-

val Cultural el sábado pasado. Nos encantó ver los atributos refle-

jados en los alumnos este día demostrando ser informados, instrui-

dos, indagadores, buenos comunicadores, y solidarios. Al mismo

tiempo, fue lindo ver a los alumnos mostrar su identidad cultural a

toda la comunidad educativa.

Gracias a la profe Anny por su entusiasmo y dedicación por ha-

cer este evento una realidad y a todos los padres por acompa-

ñarnos. ¡Felicitaciones secundaria, los proyectos de cívica y las

familias, se beneficiaron de este excelente trabajo!

Programa AfterSchool

Hace unos días se envió información sobre el programa opcional

de Afterschool II. No olviden que el pago por estas clases se hace

directamente al profesor/a de taller. Por favor, no envíen el dine-

ro al profesor/a de aula de su hijo/a. Afterschool II opcional em-

pezará el lunes 11 de agosto luego de las vacaciones y terminará

el 13 de diciembre.

Viaje de Secundaria

La semana pasada enviamos información sobre el viaje que se

haremos a Puno el 24 al 27 de septiembre. Esperamos contar con

la participación de todos. No olviden enviar:

- La carta notarial de permiso de viaje de menor, a más tardar el

15 de agosto.

- El saldo, S/210, a más tardar el 15 de agosto.

Este viaje no es obligatorio, pero esperamos que todos puedan

asistir. Los alumnos que no asistan llevarán un trabajo comple-

mentario para ser desarrollado durante esos días, ya que no ha-

brá clases para secundaria durante los días del viaje.

Feria de Ciencias y Concurso José María Arguedas

Hoy hemos enviado información sobre estos dos eventos. Espera-

mos la participación de todos.

HAVE A GREAT VACATION AND ENJOY THE PERUVIAN NA-

TIONAL HOLIDAY

We hope that all Ausangate Bilingual School families have

a wonderful vacation and a great Peruvian Independence

Day. We hope that our students have a good break and

spend a lot of time with their families in the outdoors. We

look forward to seeing you on Monday, August 11th.

End of Winter Hours

We would like to remind you that this is the last week of winter

hours. Therefore, as of MONDAY, AUGUST 11TH, classes will

start again at 8:00 am and dismissal will be at 2:45 pm. We

request that you bring students on time and pick them up on

time as well.

X Cultural Festival at Ausangate Bilingual School

Congratulations to all of the students who participated in the

Tenth Cultural Festival last Saturday. We loved to see the at-

tributes reflected by the students that day including knowl-

edgeable, inquirers, communicators, and caring. It was also

wonderful to see the students develop their cultural identity.

We’d like to give a big thank you to Miss Anny for her enthusi-

asm and dedication to make this event a success and all of

the parents who joined us. Congratulations Secondary! Both

the citizenship class projects and families benefited from this

great effort!

Afterschool Program

A few days ago we sent home information about the second

term of the optional afterschool program. Don’t forget that

payment for these classes should be made directly to the

workshop teachers. Please do not send money to your child’s

classroom teacher. The second term of afterschool will begin

on Monday, August 11th after vacation and end December

13th.

Secondary School Trip

Last week we sent home information about the field trip to

Puno which will take place September 24th - 27th. We hope

everyone is able to participate. Don’t forget to send in:

A notarized letter giving permission called a “permiso de vi-

aje de menor” by August 15th.

The remaining amount of 210 soles by August 15th.

The trip is not required, but we hope that everyone can go.

Students who do not participate will have related homework

to complete during those days as there will not be classes for

secondary during the trip.

Science Fair and José María Arguedas
