"THE MANAGER OF THE XXI CENTURY"

To start the manager meets one of the most important positions within a company, its performance depends on the success or failure of the projects established by it. Among its main functions it is to analyze the most important resources you have and are; The Administration, Finance and Human Talent, in order to delegate tasks to each member of your team depending on the need that requires the company and according to the strategy established for proper use of these resources.

The manager of the XXI century should develop certain knowledge, skills and values within the company, allowing you to achieve extraordinary results that satisfy the company and its organization, and must possess management skills and development of strategic thinking to establish clear short and long term to achieve its objectives goals.

According to Chiavenato, Idalberto. (1995). It states that, "The administration is the set of actions developed by a manager to manage and represent the company's business". Is of great importance the role of senior management, as the manager is responsible for making things happen and allow the business to be profitable and competitive. In other words, the manager's mission is to successfully carry out the objectives set by the board of directors or company owners.

So new management professionals should be prepared for a world where organizations are united not by geography, but by information, according to Reyes P, Austin (2004). We can say that, "The modern management is the technique that tries to achieve high efficiency result in the coordination of the things that are part of a business". The challenge of globalization make the manager has a more competitive mission and vision to anticipate future events.

Finally, I can conclude that it is vital that the manager of the XXI century coordinate individuals and groups to achieve organizational objectives efforts and for that constant academic preparation is required in addition to the development of certain skills that enable the manager to meet efficiency its functions of planning, organization, management and control. The development of these management skills and the internalization of the fundamental concepts of organizational behavior can make a difference in a world where globalization becomes more important every day, where the technology is ever increasing advances, where competition has grown to such than if the business strategy would not change the failure immediately.
